**Winter Wonderland:**

Nestled on a sunny south-facing slope, 'Senningerblick' boasts breathtaking vistas of the ski and sled runs, 'Nationalpark Hohe Tauern,' Bramberg am Wildkogel village, and the surrounding mountain scenery.

Our location is a dream for winter enthusiasts, with ski-in, ski-out access right by the gondola lift, the "Smaragdbahn."

But that's not all! Year-round, you can explore the stunning National Park Hohe Tauern with its picturesque hiking trails.

Our chalet is ideally situated in the family-friendly 'Wildkogel Arena' ski area and is also within easy reach of Kitzbühel (just a 10-minute drive to the 'Panorama Bahn' gondola), Kaprun, Zell am See, and Gerlos/Koningsleiten. The magnificent Hohe Tauern National Nature Park lies on the opposite side of the valley. In short, it's the perfect location to unwind and enjoy a well-deserved vacation, whether in summer or winter.

With a total living area of approximately 235m² spread over 3 floors, our chalet offers ample space for your entire family, friends, and even two babies.

The first floor features an impressive open concept design with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and cozy seating area, all complemented by an adjoining terrace and balcony. Large windows provide spectacular panoramic views. You'll find five bedrooms, one of which is a luxurious 'master bedroom,' and four of them come with their own bathrooms.

Indulge in the stylish sauna area with expansive windows, offering both Finnish and Turkish sauna experiences. NEW: starting from winter 2018/2019, the sauna is continuously heated by the innovative Harvia Forte 9kW sauna stove. The sauna stove is lockable and can be set to keep the 120 kg stones at a consistent temperature, allowing for a quick warm-up when you're ready to enjoy your sauna session!

Our fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, from kitchenware to a dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, 2 bake/grill ovens, a spacious induction cooktop (5 burners), coffee filter machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

For added convenience, the chalet features an external ski storage area (entrance) and a generously sized heated interior space for all your ski gear and boots. The large windows are equipped with sunshades.

The chalet offers 2 parking spaces in the underground garage, approximately 140 meters away from the chalet complex. No car traffic is allowed near the property, ensuring tranquility during both winter and summer. An electric transport cart is available for your luggage.

Parking garage clearance height: 2.50 meters.

Please note that due to its elevated location and steep slope, the chalet may be challenging for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility.
