» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of 25euros shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.

» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply.
