Ideal location with stunning views out onto the bay. Wonderful apartment

Simply superb place to stay in Puerto Pollensa. Ideal location with stunning views out onto the bay. Wonderful apartment - well equipped with good sized rooms and balcony. Team were super helpful. Very close to the town centre with its great places to eat and the beach just across the road. Hope to come back.

Great location, lovely apartment!

We had a lovely stay, apartment was well equipped, clean and in a great location. We had a bit of difficulty contacting Dickinson villas when we had a minor maintenance issue.

The apartment and its position with a view to die for over Pollensa bay was excellent. The hosts - Dickinson Villas couldn't have been more helpful and easy to communicate with. The only downside to our holiday was the fact that our early Saturday morning flight from Manchester to Palma was cancelled by Easyjet. The only reasonable next available flight by Easyjet was from Leeds Bradford the following day at 1-30pm, meaning we didn't arrive at the apartment until 9-30pm Sunday night - effectively missing the first 2 days of our 7 day holiday ! Just to cap things of, our return flight was delayed 3 hours and we arrived home at 4-00am !However, back to the apartment, which was perfect to put us back in good spirits as was the perfect Mallorcan weather. We would definitely recommend this apartment and it was an easy, pleasant walk, to all the amenities of the resort.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for your kind words about the apartment, the views over Pollensa Bay, and our team at Dickinson Villas. We are truly sorry to hear about the stressful travel experience you had with your flights. Having part of your holiday disrupted like that must have been incredibly frustrating, especially after looking forward to your stay. We really appreciate your positive attitude despite all the travel challenges. It means a lot to know that once you arrived, the apartment, the beautiful Mallorcan weather, and the location helped make your holiday enjoyable again. We’re delighted that you appreciated the easy walk to the resort amenities and that you would recommend the apartment. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back for a smoother and more relaxing holiday next time! Warmest regards, The Dickinson Villas Team

Location location location!

What an amazing location for 2 weeks of bliss. Lovely spacious accommodation and the most amazing views to wake up to every morning. Communication with the Dickinson team was faultless and any small issues resolved straight away. Huge thanks to Noelia for all her help. We will definitely be booking again and would buy this apartment if we could! Although clean and modern it is starting to look a little tired and so the accommodation would benefit from a refurbishment in the next few years.

Good

Excellently located and well equipped, comfortable apartment Its obviously been well used and several maintenance issues were noted including, front intercom door not 'unlocking', constantly running toilet in en-suite, external blinds not working requiring a visit by maintenance guy who couldn't fix the problem, kitchen units looking 'tired' with poor quality finishes, broken balcony flooring, damaged units in bathrooms. Would also suggest that for an apartment for 6 people, more than one door key would be beneficial. Finally, an accommodation manual explaining how to use TV, electrical blinds and particularly the aircon (which was quite complex in this apartment with two separate systems) would be very helpful
