Holiday home in Nerja, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This spectacular home guarantees a relaxing holiday for a family of six, who will enjoy the services and facilities of the house. The amenities provided will make you enjoy your stay, both inside and outside the villa, as well as the magnificent views of the Nerja coast that will accompany you throughout your holiday.

The decoration of the house mixes authentic rustic touches with modern appliances and furniture: you will have several rooms at your disposal, all with double-height ceilings and painted in clear colors to provide a greater level of luminosity. The living area is divided into three areas: the dining room, which coincides with the entrance, has a table around which the whole family can enjoy tasty meals. In the living room, you will find comfortable sofas, a television and a stove; the independent kitchen has all the kitchenware and appliances you may need during your stay.

The three bedrooms in the house are equipped with comfortable beds so that everyone can rest during their well-deserved vacation. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. A modern bathroom with a shower is also located inside the house.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.

Outside, you will find a splendid garden, where you can spend as much time as you want with the whole family, under the warm Andalusian sun. In the back area, you will have another small fenced garden at your disposal, where the fabulous private pool and comfortable sun loungers are located. Next to this there is also an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, as well as an impressive outdoor bathroom with a shower and a free-standing bathtub.

Finally, discover the roof terrace, accessible via an external staircase. You will come across the most incredible chill-out area you can imagine: the shaded part allows you to enjoy the breeze, while the sun loungers are ideal for sunbathing. In addition, the fabulous views of Nerja on one side and the Mediterranean Sea in front will help you to unwind in a wonderful environment.

For the second time, we had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house with a beautiful garden and pool. The separate bathroom is great. Since it got a bit chilly in the evening, we enjoyed using the little stove. The location is nice and quiet, between Nerja and Frigiliana.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus. Das Wetter war einfach perfekt. Super ist auch das der Schlüssel hinterlegt ist und man so jederzeit ankommen kann beim Check in ohne Stress. Sauberkeit war absolut in Ordnung bis auf Kleinigkeiten wie Spinnweben die uns aber nicht gestört haben. Die Lage ist super in Unter 10 min ist der Strand erreichbar ebenso die Innenstadt von Nerja und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön allerdings fehlt es dort an Gemütlichkeit dies könnte durch Kissen schnell gelöst werden. Das Außenbad ist wunderschön, das Hauptbad in Haus klein aber ausreichend dort muss aber dringend die Türklinke erneuert werden. Die Küche könnte etwas besser Ausgestattet sein aber völlig ausreichend. Sitzgelegenheit haben uns in Hinterhof gefehlt aber auch das ist eine Kleinigkeit. Ich kann das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen.

Très bonne expérience dans cette villa, la situation est excellente dans une ville touristique restée à taille humaine sans grands buildings etc. et près d'un des plus beau village d'Andalousie, Frigiliana. La piscine était bien, la maison offre ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, elle est sécurisée. Attention cependant le toit terrasse n'est pas équipé comme sur les images, nous n'en n'avons donc pas profité, dommage. Tout le reste était bien. Même si des améliorations sont possibles, c'était un très bon séjour, nous reviendrons.

Heerlijk kunnen genieten van de mooie ligging, het fijne en schone zwembad, de superfijne buitenbadkamer, van de goede bedden, van de netjes onderhouden tuin rondom het huis, van het veilig kunnen parkeren van de auto op het terrein, van de privacy, van de centrale ligging. Die Unterkunft war absolut perfekt, sie hatte eine wunderschöne Umgebung und war komplett eingezäunt, sodass wir uns mit den Kindern sehr sicher und zuversichtlich fühlten. Den ganzen Tag über gab es gelegentliches Bellen benachbarter Hunde, das jedoch nicht konstant war und für uns kein Problem darstellte. Wir haben Autos gemietet, was zu empfehlen ist, was uns die Freiheit gab, lokale Orte zu besuchen und zu besuchen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wieder zu buchen und eine wundervolle, erholsame Woche zu verbringen.

Tag und Nacht gestört durch das Bellen umstehender Hunde. Es tut weh, weil es sonst sehr schön ruhig ist.

Eines der schönsten Häuser, in denen wir je übernachtet haben, vor allem der Außenbereich ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur etwa 5 Minuten nach Nerja oder Frigliana und zum nächsten Autobahnkreuz. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist asphaltiert, aber schmal und nicht in gutem Zustand, aber wenn man vorsichtig ist, gewöhnt man sich schnell daran. Der Pool ist schön (wir sind nicht mit kleinen Kindern gereist), aber beachten Sie, dass der Zugang über eine Leiter erfolgt und es kein flaches Ende gibt und der Zugang zur Dachterrasse nicht umzäunt ist, wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben. Wir würden gerne wieder hier übernachten. Das Anwesen ist sehr sicher hinter einem elektrischen Tor und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen Villenurlaub benötigen.

Très belle propriété bien située car à côté de la mer et autoroute facilement accessible. On a pu visiter Grenade (un incontournable, ville coup de coeur !), Malaga avec son centre historique magnifique aussi. Maison très fonctionnelle, joli déco sans surplus, lits très confortables, on s´est bien reposé après avoir gambadé toute la journée. Viva andalucía !
