Villa Shelby, stunning 3 Bed villa with Private Pool.

Villa Shelby is surrounded by beautiful Bougainvillea, the balconies overlook a banana plantation and out towards the sea at gorgeous Coral Bay and the Sea Caves area of Peyia.

Located within easy reach of Paphos Airport and Coral Bay and on the edge of local town Peyia with its traditional Cypriot Bars and Restaurants.
If you are wanting more nightlife the harbour of Paphos is 20 minutes away or Coral Bay has bars with live music and late night dancing.

The private pool is well maintained and has space for everyone to relax on the sun loungers with provided pool towels.

The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and iron and ironing board. There is air conditioning available in every room which is included at no extra cost.

We have everything you need for a relaxing and restful holiday in the sunshine all year round.

Villa Shelby can cater for families or adults only with 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 people.

There is also a travelcot and Highchair available on request.

Villa Shelby was great, there was nothing we wanted for. Clean, great pool, great pool maintenance, and geographically it was ideal. There were some niggles though…The road news was a but uf nineq

Had an excellent stay, good villa with great kitchen facilities. Comfy seating inside and out. Just the road noise level let it down. Not the Villa owners fault and the traffic overall seemed busier than our previous stays in Peyia.

Ideally Situated

The villa was ideal for our needs and situated in an area we love. Spacious, light and airy and with the added benefit of a ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a godsend together with a very welcome, ‘welcome pack’ We would recommend a hire car and there is the benefit of off-road parking. All in all, an enjoyable stay, thanks Nicola.

Great property with plenty of space

Property was big enough for 5 adults and 2 kids, so plenty of space to not get in each other’s way. Good privacy from other properties and generally a quiet area. Easy to get taxis to destinations

Amazing Family Holiday

We had an amazing family holiday in Villa Shelby. The villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool is amazing and was utilised everyday by our grandson. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and communication with Nicola was lovely and friendly. Would highly recommend a holiday in this villa

good stay but improvements to be expected

villa very well located, on the side of the road, but very little traffic on the other hand, some regrets : -poorly finished exterior at pool level -strong smell in the kitchen cupboards -air conditioning to turn on every hour, it's really very short... especially at night -few cupboards for 7 people, and none in the bathrooms

A perfect stay

Villa Shelby is a really great place! Our group had the best time there. The villa is well equipped and has got everything one might need for a long or a short stay. The colourful flowers outside make the place look especially summery and beautiful. When we moved in, everything was sparkling clean and ready to use. Throughout our stay, the villa staff were very helpful and communicative. A special thanks for the wedding treat the hosts got us, that was very nice of them. Highly recommend this villa to families or groups of friends - there’s enough space for a few people to have a comfortable time. The rooms are airy but cozy, the bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is fully equipped, the pool area is great and makes you want to spend all day there. Thank you for making our stay so easy, smooth, and enjoyable!

Fantastic holiday at Villa Shelby

We were a group of 7 who booked to stay at Villa Shelby in the October half term. We had a fantastic time. Villa Shelby is beautiful. It’s location is great, I feel you would benefit a car but we didn’t use the public transport so wouldn’t know the accessibility of buses etc. The Villa is spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. It had everything to make the stay home from home. The pool area was a lovely addition. There is a great outdoor seating area and BBQ which made for great evenings when we didn’t eat out. Location wise you are close to several beautiful beaches, coral Bay Area, Paphos town and a large supermarket, restaurants are a plenty aswell. We visited latchi and hired a boat to go along the coast to the blue lagoon, we went to the Waterpark, to the sea caves, couple of different beaches and the week was truly fantastic! We will definitely return as there is so much more we wanted to do just sadly ran out of days. I would highly recommend a stay at villa Shelby and we hope to return very soon. Nicola arranged a welcome pack for us as our flight was early evening and that was great - full of essentials to get us through our first evening / day. Overall a lovely welcoming holiday.

Wonderful Villa in Peyia with consummate hostess

Very well situated villa within easy drive of local attractions. Car hire was cheap and very similar driving to UK. Excellent having 3 bedrooms and the space and a treat having our own pool. I would say if you come earlier than 1st April, There's a very definite tourist season and weather is quite windy/ cloudy- attractions and restaurants were just beginning to open, didnt bother us as we had 2 weeks and our time bridged 'off season/ tourist season' weeks. Brilliant Phillipos supermarket nearby weirdly stocked with some waitrose own brand food and lots of Greek food too. Really lovely area and we had THE best trek to Avakkas Gorge with a 2 and 4 year old, so it is doable and they LOVED it!! Only slight negatives are that there is road noise, even at night time with bin lorry arriving every other day really early in the morning (bins well situated for disposal of waste however) and beds/ pillows were uncomfortable. Everything else was fabulous!!! We really enjoyed our stay and found good beaches and x2 playgrounds nearby, its a really lovely area. Unbelievably good communication with Nicola, the owner of the villa and with James their property manager, any issues or questions were promptly dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa and Vrbo experience. We had such a lovely time making fabulous family holiday memories.

Danke an Nic und James! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Hier die Vor- und Nachteile unseres Aufenthalts:Vorteile:- Tolle Villa mit viel Platz und guter Raumaufteilung,- Klimaanlage in JEDEM Zimmer,- Deckenventilator in jedem Schlafzimmer,- 2 Bäder und 1 extra WC ist toll für eine große Familie,- gute Kommunikation mit Nic der Vermieterin vorher und sehr flexible Reaktion auf Extra-Wünsche. DANKE- sehr gute Kommunikation mit James dem Verwalter vor Ort mit sehr guten Tipps für Restaurants und Wassersport - DANKE,- ruhige Nachbarn,- toller und großer Pool mit vielen Liegen und Pool-Tüchern,- kurzer Weg zu den Stränden und zum Supermarkt,- Insektenfenster und Insektentüren,Nachteile:- Das Einchecken war schwierig, da niemand im Haus war und wir den Key-Code vorher nicht mitgeteilt bekommen hatten,- Einiges im Haus könnte erneuert werden, da es nicht mehr richtig funktioniert (z.B. WC-Brille, Duschkopf, Toaster, Wasserhähne, Fensterverriegelung),- Die Villa liegt an einer SEHR stark befahrenen Straße,- WLan ist sehr schwach.Uns haben diese Nachteile nicht besonders gestört, aber gerade die viel befahrene Straße sollte man vorher bedenken, damit man nicht enttäuscht ist. Wir haben uns sehr schnell daran gewöhnt.Die Villa steht aktuell zum Verkauf. Hoffentlich kann man sie noch weiterhin mieten, da mit ein bisschen Erneuerung wirklich eine tolle Villa Shelby ist.

Très bon séjour dans cette superbe villa, très bien aménagée et équipée. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec la piscine à notre arrivée, mais la réactivité de Nicola a permis de régler le problème très vite!

Beau séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison. Tout était fonctionnel. Mis à part la télévision qui coupait régulièrement malgré des mises à jour. Il manquait juste quelques poêles plus adaptées pour 6 personnes. La piscine était très appréciable au vu de la chaleur. Le point le plus négatif fut le bruit des voitures la nuit. Sinon, la position est idéale pour visite d'autres villes, l'accès aux routes est facile. Enfin, la plage de coral Bay qui se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture est juste magnifique ! Merci

Excellent stay in Peyia

The hosts were always in contact and very attentive. The house is as described and pool was amazing. Locationwise might not be the best if not renting a car ( we did it on the 3rd day) but at the same time is walking distance 30min to Corallia beach. With car you can visit several other Beacher and points with nice views.

I am a mum of 2 young boys and married to Tim, we live in Sale in Cheshire. We started going to Cyprus in 2018 when my Dad bought Villa Shelby and I have taken over the management of the villa bookings so he can relax and enjoy his semi-retirement.
We love travelling to Cyprus and I have stayed 5 times in the last 3 years. Travelling all over the island discovering the sights and enjoying the beautiful beaches. I have a beach obsession and love snorkelling and swimming in the sea. A highlight of our last holiday was the 4 of us snorkelling over the Leatherback Turtles that live in a bay near the villa.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We love the location of Villa Shelby, its so close to Coral Bay and Corallia Beach. The kids really enjoy having our own private pool too.

We always visit the water park in Paphos and really enjoyed a visit to the zoo when we travelled during February Half Term.

The villa has been refreshed this year with new furniture, overseen by myself I have ensured you have all you need for a fabulous holiday within a tidy, airy space where you can relax and enjoy your break.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Being up on the hill towards Peyia, you can see the sea from the front of the villa but equally are not far from the village centre with its lovely traditional bars and restaurants.
