Villa Redinoce - Procchio

At Redinoce, between Procchio and Marciana Marina on the island's north-western coast, a splendid house by the sea for 10 people, in a delightful panoramic position with a view of the Gulf of Procchio all the way to Capo Enfola and the charming "Paolina" cove. Private access to the sea. On the small public beach, quiet beach club operating on natural and added sand with shingle and rocks; cold buffet/snack bar service. The house has a panoramic terrace and is surrounded by a garden of over 10,000 m2.
The Villa Redinoce is a seaside villa that can accommodate up to 10 guests. The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor we find the large living room with sea view, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with A/C and a single bedroom with ceiling fan . On this floor we find two bathrooms. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom all with A/C and another bathroom. On the first floor a panoramic terrace/solarium.
To use the dock and beach service: it is necessary to rent an umbrella and two sunbeds at the Redinoce Beach. The cost is ca 25 euros per day in June and September, and ca 35 euros per day in July and August.
