This impressive terraced home overlooks the Camel Estuary in Rock and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms.
The Terrace 2 is a terraced house situated in Rock, Cornwall. Hosting five bedrooms, including a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, three king-size doubles, two with en-suite showers, one with en-suite bathroom, along with a cloakroom, this property can sleep ten people. There is also a kitchen, utility and a living/dining room. To the outside is a rear garden and off-road parking for two cars, one at the front and one at the rear of property. The Terrace 2 is a spectacular retreat, whatever time of year.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer. Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is one car parking spot at the front and one at the rear of property. Patio with furniture and lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: There are steps up to the front door, across 4 floors and up to the lawn in the rear garden – not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Reduced head height in top floor bedroom. Note: Check-in from 4:30pm and check-out by 9am. Note: Both tables can squeeze 9 guests on but by default are set for 7/8 guests respectively.
