While the property is in an excellent location and has a wonderful view, it is overall tired, old and has terrible plumbing. The bottom toilet shower room smells from the sewer and the drainage in all the bathrooms is not great. We had a great time despite this as the space of the house is ample and the kitchen open to the patio is very nice. The pool being heated was also really nice and we enjoyed. Would recommend but beware of the plumbing.

Amazing home!

10 of us recently stayed for a Birthday celebration and the house was perfect!!! Spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, the house had everything we needed and wanted. Nothing to fault at all! 10/10!

Short break to remember my dad.

We eventually we found Speedwell, could do with what3words for exact location! Otherwise great location with pub and beach just a 200m walk. Ferry to Padstow again within easy reach. House had all the amenities needed for our short stay. Plenty or parking to both front and rear of the proberty. Excellent walking area and costal path on your doorstep.
