This beautiful two-bedroom apartment is located on the daylight basement of an exclusive renovated classic building, with a lift and with only one apartment per floor, which guarantees total independence and privacy.

Upon entering the apartment we find a living room furnished with high-end and high-quality elements, with a sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV and a window facing an interior patio that provides great luminosity. In the same living room we find a dining area with a table for four people.

After the living room, there is a hallway which takes us to the rest of the rooms. First, there is the bathroom with a shower. Then, the first bedroom, with two 90 x 2 m single beds, a window to an interior patio and a built-in closet. Finally, at the end of the corridor, we can find the kitchen, fully equipped for a comfortable stay and with a table with two stools, and next to it the second bathroom, equipped with shower.
