Great location and easy check in process. There were some hairs on the sheets when we arrived so we had to change them for clean ones, but other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent location, compact but very comfortable. We were 3 but 5 or 6 people could fit for a short stay. Having two bathrooms was great. Comfortable beds and versatile kitchen area. Was he/dryer combo and dishwasher were also nice. AC in every room was a must as it was very hot. Very quiet. There are about 14 steps to the elevator which is tiny.

Right in the tourist center

The location is right in the middle of restaurants and other action. Parking in the area is difficult and expensive. Good for a 2-3 night stay, but no more.

The room itself is a great central location & the rooms a nice size. The check in process was stressful. They have you download an app before to access the door which we did, but did not receive the passkey for it at check in time like we were supposed to. Took about 40 minutes to get in the door on support call with VRBO, but once they got us in it went pretty smooth. The door lock on the property door is also finicky. Sometimes would take 3-4 times to actually unlock, but overall the place is nice and a good value.

As advertised with some minor maintenance issues. (Dishwasher front, shower head leak) The digital door locks for entry were a bit temperamental. Found it to be clean and comfortable.

Best location!

Can’t say enough about the magnificent location of this place. It’s a small space but well organized. The ACs were top notch! The best ACS we saw in our 30 days in Europe. They were strong and cool. We had to turn it off often because we would get cold even keeping it at 24/25. The apt stays pretty cool, it didn’t seem to get too hot in there. Things to consider: the elevator is tiny as most elevators in Europe are, so take that into consideration. The first floor is a round of three small sets of stairs to start your elevator ride. It’s a small space, with one couch, it was a little snug for 3 adults and one kid, but the location is worth it.(It’s right around the corner from Mercado San Miguel, an amazing food court with so much good stuff to try)I was not a big fan of having a separate platform handle the booking. I had to email them for check in instructions, but after that they were pretty communicative through email and they respond quickly to vrbo messages.

Overall, this apartment worked out great for our stay. The location is impossible to beat - walkable to everything! Although I should mention the location shown on the map is not actually where it’s located. On the map it looks like it’s closer to The Royal Palace, and although it does say Plaza Mayor in the description (which is accurate) I just think the map should reflect that a bit better. The apartment access was difficult at first - I followed the instructions, but the system wasn’t connecting properly. However, response time was very fast in order to help us out! There was a bad smell when entering the apartment, it was like a musty/damp smell. Once A/C was turned on, it seemed to disappear. The couch could use a good cleaning, but the place was clean otherwise! One minor thing I would recommend is towel hooks in the bathrooms as there was virtually nowhere to hang our towels. I think the issues are fixable & the location of this place outweighs the cons!

Todo en este piso parecía bonito en las fotos pero todo estaba roto o a punto de romperse. La puerta del mueble de cocina en el suelo, los grifos de ducha perdiendo agua, la dificultad de tener agua caliente sin quemarte, una puerta de habitación que no puedes cerrar, unos platos de ducha que se hunden, un detector de incendio pegado con cinta verde en el techo, un escalón no indicado para tropezarte y sobre todo una puerta principal de entrada que NO SE PUEDE CERRAR. Estuvimos 3 días y 2 noches con estrés por si alguien podía entrar en el piso y robarnos de día como de noche. Dejar tus pertenencias y saber que mientras no estás alguien podia fácilmente entrar por no poder cerrar la puerta fue el colmo en lo que debía ser vacaciones de relax en familia. Por la noche tuvimos que poner un mueble enfrente de esta puerta principal para estar más o menos tranquilos. Pasamos los 3 días hablando con la empresa para resolverlo pero entre un técnico que constató que había todos esos problemas y el cerrajero que podía venir en ciertas horas cuando tú estás en Madrid para aprovechar de un gran fin de semana no nos permitió estar realmente de vacaciones. Mensajes y mensajes, llamadas, técnicos... eso es lo que vivimos en los 3 días. No podéis poner en alquiler una casa que no está lista para ello. Pagar para tener un piso donde cualquiera podía entrar mientras no estás no es digno de confianza.

Apartamento bastante limpia pero sale mal olor por tubería sanitaria. El administrador contesta las dudas rápidamente, muy servicial. Y tiene buena ubicación para visitar ciudad.
