Ancient villa, 400 sq. m. with a 120 sq. m. outbuilding and private swimming pool, hosting up to 24 people in total, 20 of which in the villa in 8 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two beds and 6 bathrooms with shower, and 4 in the outbuilding with 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower. The villa is surrounded by a large park and also features a television, billiards room and internet.

Outdoors and swimming pool
Villa Bagnolo is in the woods, in a shaded position. The pool is not far (about 60 m away) on a grass lawn which overlooks the valley and is 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.4 m, complete with outdoor shower, sunbeds, a portable stonework barbecue and a table for outdoor breakfasts. The washing machine is in a separate structure, shared with the guests of Casale il Ginepro. Parking within the property.Interior
The main house is a historical villa dating back to the 1600s. The ground floor features a large living room, a smaller living room with fireplace and TV, a billiards room, a playroom for kids, a dining room, large kitchen with direct outdoor access, 2 bathrooms with shower. On the first floor guests will find a spacious living room, one bedroom with two beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. The second floor has a large living room, one bedroom with two beds, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.
The outbuilding is 50 metres away from the main house and is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and TV, an eating area with direct access to the garden and a small bathroom. The first floor features two double bedrooms, a small living room and three bathrooms with shower.

Location
The house is part of a farm, in a hilly location (800 metres above sea level) surrounded by woods and dense vegetation. The farmhouse boasts a great view of the whole valley, which is quite isolated despite having a few nearby houses.

The farmhouse has wifi, central heating, 2 baby beds, high chair and parking within the property.

The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen (changed weekly), internet, electricity, water, final cleaning, gas (heating not included), high chair and baby bed. Hired help is available upon request and to be paid for at the property.

Important information
The pool is available from June 1st to September 30th from 8 AM to 9 PM. Access to the structure via 2 km of gravel road. Villa Bagnolo is close to Casale il Ginepro, part of the same property. The washing room is shared between the two houses. Music prohibited from midnight to 8am.Activities and distances

It is quite isolated, despite being close to other properties such as Casale il Ginepro which is part of the same property. It’s the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with friends. The property is 12 km from the Etruscan city of Cortona.
