Viehättävä huoneisto Centre Of Town merinäköalalla

Tämä toinen rivi huoneisto kauniissa rannikkokaupungissa Altea Costa Blanca, on 200 metrin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta ja viiden minuutin kävelymatka kaupunkiin, josta löydät markkinoilla paikallisia tuotteita, putiikkeja, ja palmujen reunustaman Esplanadin monia kahvila baareja ja ravintoloita kansainvälisen keittiön.

Asunto koostuu Olohuone terassi, josta on näköala uima-allas ja tenniskenttä ja lahden Altea. Kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta (yksi en-suite) Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa kaikki mukavuudet (astianpesukone, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, liesi / uuni. Pysäköinti yhdelle autolle.

Egyptiläisestä puuvillasta valmistetut vuodevaatteet (400TC) pyyhkeet ja ranta pyyhkeet.

Great location

Had an enjoyable stay loads of lovely restaurants & tram very convenient for visiting others places .Old town a must we did walk up,but in august better to get a taxi & book restaurants in advance as all busy .

We had a fabulous stay. Eraine is a very friendly and attentive host. Lovely welcome pack there on arrival. The apartment is stylishly furnished and in a fabulous location close but not too close to the seafront bars and restaurants in Altea. Beautiful sea views. We will definitely be back.

Excellent holiday & apartment

We enjoyed an excellent stay at Altea. Rented the apartment for one month. The apartment has a great location : no car needed, quite pebble beach & boulevard almost at your doorstep. Walking distance to the shopping street , restaurants, super market, local market place and the small family owned shops. The apartment had all facilities in good condition and worthwhile to mention is the super quality of the bed!! Many thanks to Eraine for being such a perfect host with lots of recommendations. Great location - views to die for. Excellent facilities, well equipped and very comfortable.

We woke in the morning to views of the beautiful blue sea of the Med. The facilities in the apartment were excellent with high quality fittings - bed and bedding, washing machine were excellent and the TV was an unexpected bonus. Ideally located for all amenities in Altea and beyond. Within 5 minutes walk of Garganes station and local bus route (eg to Albir and Benidorm). We managed for 4 weeks without a car. Only a 3/4 mins walk to the pedestrianised promenade with a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Eraine and Tom were extremely helpful when called upon, and provided a very welcome "goody" pack on arrival. It should be mentioned that Eraine put us in touch with Jack, who picked us up at the airport on arrival and took us back on departure. He was great - could not recommend him highly enough!!.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a la playa y pasear por Altea. Tienes unas grandes vistas. Eraine fue muy amable en la llegada al apartamento. El único pero que pondría seria la puerta de la casa, que deberían arreglarla porque se atasca mucho.

Spanienurlaub

Schöne Wohnung in 2.Reihe zum Strand mit schönem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind prima und Klimaanlage hat bestens funktioniert. Die Strandpromenade ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Altstadt von Altea ist sehenswert. Abends am besten mit dem Taxi hinfahren lassen. Der Strand ist ein Kiesstrand mit großen Steinen. Wer Sandstrand mag, sollte nach Calp fahren. Ein Auto für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes ist notwendig. Eraine war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Wonderful apartment with great location

From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the wonderful sea view and the extremely stylish apartment. It provided everything we needed for a lovely week in Altea and the location, just a few minutes walk to the start of the wonderful promenade, was perfect. Many thanks to Eraine for the best welcome pack we have ever been greeted with on our many trips to Spain. Apart from a trip to the wonderful hilltop village of Guadalest, visiting the old town of Altea and a couple of trips to Mercadona a few minutes drive away in town, it was good not to have to use the car for every outing. To sum up our stay in Altea and this great apartment in one word, "PERFECT".

Brilliant apartment in centre of Altea

The apartment was great couldn’t ask for anymore. It is very spacious with a lovely balcony. The pool is great nice size, felt like we had it to ourselves a lot of the time. Eraine was very helpful throughout the booking even helped sort out our taxis from the airport (at a good price too). Altea it’s self is lovely the apartment is near everything the beach, bars,restaurants, tram stop and shops. The old town is well worth seeing the best restaurants were up there. I would highly recommend this apartment and Altea in general.

Comfortable, well located apartment

My two friends and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this apartment, which is well located for all amenities in the Altea area. Cleanliness in the apartment was excellent and the decor, furniture, fixtures and fittings are all in excellent condition with quality Egyptian cotton bedding. Eraine has thought of everything to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable stay and I would highly recommend it as a base to explore this lovely part of the Spanish coast.

Lovely apartment, helpful host

We booked this apartment for a holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and 1-year old granddaughter. We know Altea well but have never stayed at this end of town. The underground parking space and lift access were very useful. There was loads of room in the apartment for all 5 of us and plenty of crawling space! The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and with loads of storage space, and having 2 bathrooms was brilliant for us. Eraine kindly provided a travel cot, which was extremely helpful. Everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of necessities such as loo roll supplied. The closed-in balcony is just right as the sun is on the terrace for most of the day, and it provided welcome shade, and glorious views. We had the pool mostly to ourselves and although the water was cold, it was a lovely location for a relaxing afternoon, private and quiet. Just a few minutes walk to the bars and restaurants along the pedestrianised promenade, a longer walk to the old town, but everything within easy reach. La Terraza at the end of the road was brilliant for breakfast or morning coffee, with splendid views! Eraine and Tom were extremely helpful and provided a delicious welcome pack we everything we needed, so we had a good start to the holiday. We'd definitely recommend this, and any of Eraine's other apartments, and we will certainly use it again.

Amazing apartment - would definitely recommend

We had the most wonderful stay in Altea - the apartment was beautifully decorated - Eraine was brilliant and left very generous and thoughtful food gifts when we arrived. The location was perfect - we have kids pre-teens and there was ample to do. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and all loved the water park - aqua natura - beaches and old town also great. Would love to go back and this apartment was well equipped with really comfy beds, amazing service from Eraine and perfect location - I cannot fault it - we can't wait to visit another year - one of the best holidays we have ever had.

Comfortable apartment in a fantastic location

This is a well appointed, well maintained, comfortable, and spotlessly clean apartment, with good quality fixtures and fittings. It's in a great location for the seafront bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the old town. The pool is lovely and we were the only people in it for most of the 10 days we were there. The paddle tennis court was also good fun with equipment provided. Eraine arranged transfers to and from the airport and was there to greet us on arrival and check us out on our final day. The whole experience was friendly, well organised and hassle free. It's easy to get around on foot or using the public transport, which is really cheap (just over 2 Euros return to get to Benidorm on the train and 4 return to Denia). I would highly recommend this apartment!

Excellent winter break

The apartment is in an excellent location close to all the shops restaurants and sea front promenade. Views from the apartment are great, the apartment is a good size and comfortable with good TV, sports channels and movies. We stayed for 3 months from December and the weather was great. I would recommend this apartment for location close to the local train and bus routes.

Our Stay In Lovely Apartment.

When we read the property description at home in England it seemed perfect for what we were looking for, so we booked our holiday. On arrival in Altea we were not disappointed. The location was great within easy walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Inside the apartment was everything you needed , and what was a very nice touch was a welcome pack milk tea wine etc.Probably the best thing of all is that the owner was there to meet you personally and they are now classed as friends. We are going again early next year.

Nos sorprendió gratamente.

El apartamento nos sorprendió gratamente, las vistas al mar, la amplitud, la decoración sencilla y limpia, el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, la ropa de cama impecable, la cercanía al centro. Hemos pasado 10 días estupendos, sin echar absolutamente nada de menos. Los dueños son muy detallistas, por buscar una pega diría que el suelo de alrededor de la piscina quemaba demasiado.
