Stunning & spacious house in central Tenby

Spacious and charming semi-detached Victorian house with a stunning garden in an excellent location. 5 minutes’ walk to Castle Beach, South Beach and North Beach with Tenby's historic town centre a few minutes away.

The house is arranged over 3 floors with original features including sash windows and a fireplace. The dining room is fantastic for hosting dinner parties and family meals.

Kitchen (with all modern appliances including a new nespresso/krug coffee machine), good-sized storeroom (for bikes, paddle boards…), living room, bathroom, separate WC and external WC, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 x king, 1 x twin), log/coal fire, wi-fi, bath towels and bed linen provided (not beach towels).

The house is family friendly with a travel cot, high chair, plastic plates & cups. There are a variety of board games, family DVD's with DVD player and a new smart TV (as well as another smart TV in the dining room).

2 dogs per visit are allowed.




The main supermarket and train station are a couple of minutes on foot.

There is no parking with the property but you can park at the train station/ multi-storey car park for about £14-18 a week.

It's an amazing house to entertain and relax in with lots of space!

This property was as described. It’s very spacious so ideal for families and the location was perfect. The host Rachel was fantastic and we really appreciated the prosecco and welsh cakes on arrival! :) xx

Lovely Tenby

Wonderful house and Rachel super helpful host. House really spacious and well located for beaches and town. We had a lovely time in Tenby - great places to eat and really friendly pub for friday night sing-along! We are keen to visit again Fiona and Family

Amazing once again!

This was our second stay and once again over the festive period. We had an amazing time and Park Villa was just perfect for our needs. Rachel was incredibly helpful from booking all the way through to check in. I would highly recommend to anyone considering going to beautiful Tenby!

Best place to stay!

Park Villa has to be the best place to stay in Tenby. Excellent communication with Rachel who is a very kind and generous host. Location is perfect for both beach and town. Easy, very reasonably priced parking at the nearby Sainsbury’s. The house is itself is truly lovely- super comfy beds - and has everything you need for your holiday. We loved it and will definitely be returning- unless it is now fully booked for years in advance ,which would not surprise me!

Already planning our next stay!

Everything was near enough perfect. The communication before hand was great. Giving full details on arrival to the property. The location is first class, walking distance to both beaches, shops and restaurants. We had 2 dogs and the property was ideal for some sandy, wet paws with the side door entrance and covered outside area for wet wellies! We would highly recommend this property and we are already thinking of going again soon!!

Location! Location! Location!

Lovely, clean, well furnished and decorated town house in a wonderful location. Less than 2 mins to the local Sainsburys, 3- 4 mins to the town walls and centre and a short walk to South Beach to exercise the dogs. You could easily do without a car at this house as the railway station is also close by. We really enjoyed our long weekend and were blessed with lovely weather even in February. Super place.

Autumn break

We all agreed that Park Villa was wonderfully welcoming. The decor is charming and tasteful, we and our dogs appreciated it all. The layout with a downstairs kitchen and diner made it perfect for managing the dogs after rainy walks . It had all the equipment we needed to make our stay so easy. The bedrooms are very boutique and added a touch of luxury! Park Villa is perfectly located for beach and town access. We didn't have to go far to find good restaurants or fish and chips. Rachel' s communication and help was fab ensuring we had all that we needed before, during and after our holiday. Thank you for all the kind and comforting gestures
