Located only one street up from the promenade and beach of Santo Tomas, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is only a few minutes walk from the choice of shops and restaurants this popular resort has on your doorstep. The private pool and large lawn garden provide a beautiful setting and WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Lavanda is situated only one street up from the main promenade, by the entrance into the resort of Santo Tomas - an excellent location with the shops, restaurants and waterfront of this much loved resort all within a few minutes' walk. Santo Tomas is a well-known resort offering a lovely sandy beach skirted by a walkway that runs the length of the resort, lined with a choice of places to eat overlooking the sea, whilst offering some fabulous sunsets in the evening.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
