Seascape is a lovely, three-storey house resting in Polzeath, Cornwall. Hosting six bedrooms, including two super-king-size with adult bunks, a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, two king-size with en-suite shower room and one double with en-suite shower room, along with two bathrooms, this property can sleep up to 20 guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a private driveway for four cars, and a terrace with furniture and a swimming pool. Seascape offers stunning sea views and plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove (logs not included). Range cooker, fridge/freezer, fridge, 2 x washing machines, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing facilities, wine cooler and espresso machine. 2 x Smart TVs, 2 x Sonos sound systems, WiFi, pool table, table tennis,and a selection of games. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private driveway for 4 cars. Multilevel garden with terrace, patio, lawned area, double hammock, furniture and plunge pool, (plunge pool available from end of May until October).
