The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities. The instructions on access was clearly given. It was situated in a great srea for walking to all the sites with great cafes & eating places close by. The spiral stsircase is steep, so if you have sny walking difficulties it coild be a problem, ,but there is a double sttee bed downstsirs anyway! I woild definitely recommend staying here if you wantbyo be in the central area of Verona.

Did really like the spiral staircase and I don’t recall it in the advertisement but possibly it was there. I thought the balcony was looking onto street but it was looking onto parking area so a bit disappointed there. The place was clean and well equipped

The property was in a fantastic location with the Arena, Juliet's balcony and much more just a short walk away. We recommend hitting up Amaro for a cocktail or coffee, it is right down the street. As for the apartment it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, we even cooked one night. The owner was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The only comment I would say to those think of renting if you’re not good with a spiral staircase this might not be the place for you but if you are it is a great place.

Check-in was very easy, with the host sending clear instructions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is in a very quiet and convenient location, being close to the Arena, lovely cafes and restaurants, shops and attractions. All walkable. There is a supermarket close by. The apartment has air conditioning and a small but pretty balcony. The host was always helpful and responsive and we would happily stay there again.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Erikas Appartement war sauber, ordentlich, gemĂŒtlich und das, was man sich unter einem Appartement in Verona vorstellt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und Antworten kamen immer sehr schnell. Die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss in Kombination mit einem Ventilator im Erdgeschoss sind im Hochsommer bei annĂ€hernd 40 Grad Gold wert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und die Lage ist unschlagbar.Der kleine, sĂŒĂŸe Balkon lĂ€dt zum Verweilen in ruhiger AtmosphĂ€re ein.Alles in Allem haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A Quiet and Cool Oasis in Verona

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aristocratic Residence. We were in Italy during a heat wave and the AC kept the whole unit, upstairs and downstairs, very cool which was such a relief. The bed was comfortable, having two bathrooms was great, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and having a washing machine was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

City break

Stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 teens age 17. The property is very close to the main arena in the Old Town. Location could not be any better. The apartment has everything you need, albeit a little dated, but it has charm. Bed pillows were very flat and only one each so no ability to adjust to suit your preference. The stairs to the bedroom are spiral, which may be tricky for the very young or frail. Water pressure was low in the showers and water did not filter well in the sinks. Didn't spoil the break though. Sofa bed was apparently very comfortable and it was really good to have 2 bathrooms. We would visit again and recommend for people who aren't too fussy about these minor things. Very good value for money!

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gefĂŒhlt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Arena di Verona entfernt gelegen und befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Hinterhof. Wir waren als Familie zu Gast und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Einige Tage vor der Ankunft meldet sich die Gastgeberin mit Infomationen zur Anreise, dies ist alles sehr unkompliziert. Direkt ums Eck befindet sich eine kleine Pizzeria/CafĂ© mit sehr moderaten Preisen :-) Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

The apartment is quiet and comfortable. From the property it is easy to walk around the historic centre of Verona and if visiting the Arena it is only a short walk. There is also a good supermarket a few minutes walk away. The apartment is in a lovely building, was very secure, has a small, but pretty balcony and was clean with good air conditioning. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. When we discovered there was no corkscrew she quickly provided one! Check in and out communication was very good. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay in lovely Verona.

Lovely spot in the heart of the Old City of Verona

This clean and comfortable apartment offers everything you need as a home base while exploring the beautiful old city of Verona. Anyone with mobility issues could not manage the tight spiral staircase, but the main floor has a pull-out couch and bathroom. So, no need to scale the stairs. We enjoyed an aperitif on the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

Not a safe property for seniors, physically challenged, or obese guests

The property was very clean and well located. there is a/c upstairs for sleeping, and a foldable sleeper couch downstairs. The biggest problem is a narrow circular metal staircase that is difficult for a couple in their late seventies, and would also be problematic for an obese guest. We had to leave our suitcases on the ground floor; we could not safely carry them upstairs. The living area upstairs has a large armoire but few flat surfaces downstairs so we were unable to unpack in any kind of orderly way. The tile floors may be slippery. kitchen is fairly large for an Italian apartment, but only small amounts of basic cooking spices, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. no kitchen towels but plenty of paper towels.

Nette Wohnung ruhig gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zu allen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Sauber und sicher. Wendeltreppe nach oben nicht geeignet fĂŒr Ă€ltere Personen. Duschen recht klein aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Die Matratzen hĂ€tten einen Wechsel nötig. Kleine Notiz am Rande, es wĂ€re schön auch deutsche Sender im fernsehen zu schauen zumal es sogar Sender aus Teheran zu empfangen gibt.
