The lovingly furnished holiday apartment featuring plenty of wood is located in the basement yet is still bright and airy. It’s perfect for families and can accommodate up to four adults and three children. The house is centrally located between the Ötz-Hochötz ski resort and the Längenfeld thermal baths.

Tranquility and serenity alongside rich culture and tradition. With nature that quite literally takes your breath away. The hospitable village of Umhausen in the Middle Ötztal with its hamlets Tumpen, Köfels and Farst offers all this. Discover Ötzi the Iceman’s prehistoric home and the largest waterfall in Tyrol – a breathtaking combination that offers a truly relaxing experience. In winter, you can experience deep peace while walking or cross-country skiing.
