Die Matratzen und das Bett könnten besser sein Betten sind zu kurz. Die Handtücher, die wir extra bezahlt haben, sind viel zu wenig. 1 großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Person reichen nicht aus. Schade, dass wir auch für den zusätzlichen Strom bezahlen müssen. Das Haus ist ziemlich teuer.

Een Rustgevende Vakantie in Saint Paul en Forêt Onze vakantie in Saint Paul en Forêt was een heerlijk rustgevende ervaring. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom en ontspannen in deze charmante villa. De ligging van de villa aan de rand van het dorp bood een erg rustige en privé-omgeving. De villa zelf was comfortabel en goed onderhouden. De kamers waren ruim en voorzien van alle benodigdheden voor een aangenaam verblijf. Eén minpuntje was dat de schoonmaak wel iets beter had gemogen. De buitenruimte met het zwembad was een leuke toevoeging en bood verfrissing tijdens warme dagen. Er kwam ook eenmaal per week een vriendelijke man langs om de waterkwaliteit te controleren. We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige barbecue. Wat de vakantie echt speciaal maakte, was de mogelijkheid om de omgeving te verkennen. We hebben genoten van het bezoeken van de nabijgelegen dorpen, waaronder Fréjus en Saint Raphael. De ontvangst was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en we konden zelfs iets eerder inchecken. Hoewel de communicatie alleen in het Frans verliep, kwamen we er prima uit met behulp van Google Translate. Enkele tips: Let op de kosten, waaronder die voor elektriciteit, die contant afgerekend moeten worden op de laatste dag tijdens de inventarisatie. We vonden ook twee fijne supermarkten binnen 10 kilometer afstand, namelijk de Super U in Fayence en de Carrefour Contact in Bagnols en Forêt (inclusief een benzinepomp). Over het geheel genomen was onze vakantie in Villa Saint Paul en Forêt een aangename en rustige ervaring. We keren ontspannen terug naar huis, met mooie herinneringen aan onze tijd daar.

Goed ontvangen door de sheriff van het dorp. Het huis blijkt van Belgen te zijn en de sheriff doet het beheer, perfect geregeld. Alles was naar behoren zoals aangegeven. We geven het een 8/10, omdat niet duidelijk (hoeveel waarborg cash) aangegeven was. In the middel of nowhere, 11km rijden voor een bankcontact. + op het einde een afrekening van de elektriciteit (nog nergens moeten betalen, mijn inziens zou dit in de prijs moeten zitten). Staat nergens (toch niet duidelijk) aangegeven. Pizza take away in het dorp, een echte aanrader. Eveneens het restaurant, Franse maar echt goeie keuken. Is er heel rustig en stil. Animo zoekende, meerdere dorpen verder rijden, al blijft Saint Raphaël en Frejus steeds de moeite +/- 40 min. met de auto. Het dorpje Mons in de bergen is eveneens een 40min rijden waardig.
