On the garden level is located a large open space with floor to ceiling windows housing a large living room, dining area, office space and kitchen.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, induction hotplates, fridge/freezer, combination steam/conventional oven, combination microwave/conventional oven, blender, ice machine, plus breakfast facilities including Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.

The dining/living room is furnished with warm wooden furniture and also has a fireplace for chilly winter nights.
