On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining room , (TV, Video, DVD, CD), French doors leading to sun terrace and jacuzzi with views of Biot village and the sea. Well equipped kitchen/breakfast room , French door opening onto garden and pool. Guest WC. Double bedroom (1.40m bed) with French doors leading to garden with village view. Separate bathroom, WC.

On the first floor you find a master double bedroom (1.60m bed) with an en-suite bathroom and terrace with village and sea views. There is also two further bedrooms, one double (1.40m bed) and one twin bedroom. Both have terrace with views. Bathroom, WC.

Upon request, pool heating is 210 Euros per week and Jacuzzi heating is 100 Euros per week.
