Steps away from Valbonne this south facing villa is a family home offering the best of town and country life. Set in a calm cul de sac just 5 minutes walk from Valbonne' s lively restaurants and shops. The villa offers 4 bedrooms each with modern en-suite bathroom or shower room and is fully air conditioned, there is a cinema which can be used as an extra room and a brand new Gym, Shower and toilet. Exterior features Large pool and very large pool house with toilet and shower, large enclosed garden, electric gates with video and parking .WI FI access. The village of Valbonne offers a classic arcaded square and a good variety of restaurants, local shops and artisan galleries within its narrow streets. There is a small market each Friday and a large, lively antiques market one Sunday a month just 5 minutes walk from this Valbonne villa rental. Tennis club, golf courses and horse ridding are just moments away from the house. The old port at Antibes bustles with pavement cafes and Cannes and the beach are just 20 mins, Nice Airport is 25 minutes away.

Perfect!

As a family of six with a mix of adults and teenage kids – it’s not always easy to accommodate everyone’s holiday wishes! Jeremy’s villa provided the closest to ‘perfect’ that we’ve found in years. Enough space for everyone to find privacy. Enough shower rooms to never need queue. An idyllic pool and terrace that meant we never saw half the tourist attractions we meant to! Superb wi-fi for the apps – much used cinema room for the movie nights. Enough gym equipment for the fitties – a fantastically well stocked kitchen for the foodies. All in an ideal location, a mere 10 minute walk to beautiful Valbonne. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for sharing your little slice of paradise with us Jeremy. Gill and Nick

Superb Wonderful Experience

We have been renting properties in Provence for over 35 years This has been by far our best experience from the earliest contact with the owner Jeremy and his kindness and graciousness to us to the beauty and simplicity of the villa and the facilities and staff he recommended to us. We wanted peace beauty and tranquility and we got all of this and more. We will be back next year

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons pu apprécier durant ce séjour en famille, une maison parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins. Petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine, et lors de grosse chaleur déjeuner au pool house avec vue sur la piscine, tout est fait pour passer des moments très agréable. Endroit très calme et proche de tous les commerces, très pratique. Excellent endroit de vacances

Wonderfull Home-Exactly as described

My wife my 2 kids and i stayed here for 2 weeks in August and we LOVED this place and plan to return to it. Close to everything, but far enough. Very private, modern and it had everything we could wanted and more. Great location, yet private and quiet. Kids still talking about it... :)

As good as a five stars hotel

I decided to add the review after seeing the comment from the other traveller. We stayed in this villa mid June and had wonderfull family time. We were welcomed by the owner late in the evening with food and drinks very much appreciated after the journey and allowing us to have a nice breakfast in the morning. the owner was always here to help us having a marvellous time. The villa is in very good conditions and the bathrooms look stunning, we were positively surprised as the villa looks much bigger and nicer than in the pictures. the house was very clean equivalent to a five stars hotel standards. Two major plus: 1/Air conditioning especially during hot nights 2/The house was newly furnished and beds were just perfect. The house is easy to find in a quiet place and still very close to the village and even if the road is steep you can use a walking path which is much more convenient when walking to the village. I will definitely plan again my holidays there and recommend this villa. Maguy A. from London Family of 6 including 4 children

Our stay in Valbonne

We stayed in this villa July/August 2011. Having come back to this site to look for somewhere to stay next Summer. Just thought I should ( finally) write my thoughts on our stay here. Firstly, all communication with owner was excellent. We were met by the owner's father in law who was very friendly and very helpful. Especially when we couldn't light the BBQ! For us, the good things really end there unfortunately. The minus points; What it doesn't say anywhere in the description is that this villa is situated at the top of a whacking great hill which, whilst very easy to get down as it was SO steep was almost impossible to get up again if you'd walked down into valbonne village. This is no exaggeration and the owner really should mention this somewhere. also there were only two reasonable sun beds with cushions. So with 2 Adults and 5 children it didn't really work. Maybe more will be added for next year. The villa sleeps 8 easily, should have 8 sun beds! The towels that were provided for us were folded nicely on each bed....but they were damp! There weren't many useable kitchen implements. I had to buy some, including a cutting board so that I wouldn't damage the wooden worktop in the kitchen. Valbonne village itself is lovely and we went into the square most evenings. Everything is hugely expensive and there are no offers in supermarkets as there are here......but we knew that! All in all, wouldn't stay there again and sadly, wouldn't recommend it.
