Rent is for the entire 4-person, 2 bedroom holiday home, well equipped with room heaters, its own modern kitchen, oven, living /dining room, toilet and bathroom , all completely self-contained and with private entrance from the Park. Leafy Corner Chalet is a superior grade also having a fine Woodland view across the park. Parking is on site, free, no reservation required .No Wifi but good 4g reception.
There is 1 double bedroom, carpeted, including comfortable double bed for 2 people. Also one twin bedroom, carpeted, with 1 comfy bunk bed comprising one full width double bed with a single bed on top.
Clean bed linen, bath mat and towels are provided at the start of each rental. The chalet is serviced between rentals only. Linen changing, cleaning and sanitising is carried out by professional cleaners who run a laundry on the local industrial estate .
The Kitchen is well equipped, with kettle, toaster, cutlery and utensils, crockery, pans, glasses, ceramic hob, oven and microwave., There is also a washing machine /tumble dryer.
The bathroom contains a modern shower cubicle with glass door, wash-hand basin and toilet.
There is a utility cupboard with shelves.
The homely Lounge diner includes 2 luxurious sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs.
There is a foldable wooden table with 4 seats in the utility cupboard- for Park use only.
Electricity is via a meter which takes pound coins, set at around cost price and easy to access. Please remember to bring coins with you .
Upon arrival, chalet keys are accessed via a small key locker box next to the front door. The locker combination code will be texted or e-mailed to you close to the arrival date, once funds are secured.
The park is discretely lit, however a small torch or mobile light is advisable for safer access, and for reading the key locker combination if you arrive after dark.

No wi-fi but good internet 4g smartphone reception (this over-rides earlier info). Our 2 chalets are dog and smoke-free. Our 2 recently refurbished 2 bedroom 4 person self-catering holiday rentals are completely self-contained, each with own private entrance. The chalets each have 2 bedrooms a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and a spacious lounge/ diner. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. See photos. There is one double room and a second bedroom with a triple bunk-bed comprising a double bed with a single bed on top. Clean towels and bedding are provided at the start of your stay. You will have Freeview tv with hdmi ports and cd/dvd player. Both chalets are close, identical and face South. We use a well-established local professional cleaning firm. The former park facilities are long gone, hence the surrounding maintained parkland is very quiet and free for you to enjoy. The main road is not suitable for pedestrians so a car is advisable, but buses stop at the Park. Park-and-ride buses, leisure centre and supermarkets are 0.5 miles away. So explore, have fun and experience our lovely comfortable Devonly beds .

Great Nice stay
The Chalet was absolutely "Spotless" the beds were VERY comfortable.
A great stay the ONLY negative comment I can make is the site in general while well maintained is looking a bit dated now only to be expected due to its age.
But it is well maintained and we will stay there again

It was just what we needed for a visit to Dartmouth.
Cozy chalet with good kitchen. Quiet park. Easy parking. Bus stop outside to go to dartmouth.
Negatives - hot water was scolding, limited view of the river dart so no view as advertised? Hairdryer would be useful. Bed was far too squeaky.
Ich empfehle diese schöne Ferienwohnung gerne weiter. Es ist alles super organisiert. Man merkt, dass sich jemand Gedanken gemacht hat und macht. Für uns in unserer Situation gab es zwei Punkte, die nicht optimal waren. Meine Kinder haben ein WLAN vermisst (ich nicht) und wir sind ohne Auto angereist und haben auch keins gemietet. Das ist nicht optimal, weil der Bus sehr selten fährt und man die Straße als Fußgänger nicht benutzen kann, da es keinen Seitenstreifen gibt und es extrem gefährlich ist, dort zu laufen. Einkauf ist also auch nur mit Bus möglich, obwohl es in Laufentfernung Möglichkeiten gäbe.

Norton Park is in a quiet beautiful rural location , with woodland walks, picnic tables and fine views across the River Dart. If, like us, you love aquatic adventures and exploring the countryside, fine unspoilt beaches and quaint villages, 'apres-sea' with fine seafood, good restaurants, live music and fine old inns, look no further than South Hams and the Dartmouth area. The vibrant ancient town of Totnes is a bus or boat trip away and you could board a steam train and ferry back to Dartmouth. The 630 mile long South-West Coast Path and ruined fishing village of Hallsands, the Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Regatta, the wondrous clifftop views from East Prawle , The Pigs Nose Inn and its legendary dances in the village hall await the intrepid spirit in you. So come on down, It's all so Devonly!
