The open plan living space features a Juliette style balcony and a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and large sofa and TV for quiet nights in. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features a full length window, wardrobe with a mirror and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern and clean bathroom, relax by taking a bath in the bathroom, which is equipped with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire flat.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
