A Modern Light, luxury, well equipped apartment close to all local amenities.Refurbished in January 2018 to the highest standards, comfort and convenience.Suitable for 3 adults or 2 Adults and 2 children (1 double bed,1 sofa bed, 1 mattress (on rquest)). Situated in the safe and popular area of Bearwood close to the High Street, you will find supermarkets,pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafes. Easy access to Birmingham, City Centre, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham University and other local apartment is located on the first floor of a townhouse. There is a communal door to the house, a flight of stairs then a private and secure entrance to your apartment. You will have the whole space to your self. The apartment is well equipped with Washer/Dryer, T.V with DVD, Iron and has been refurbished with luxury in mind.

Really nice!

Nice apartment in a good and quiet area with local shops and public transport just around the corner and only 15 minutes by Bus to Birmingham city centre. Ash was very helpful and understanding throughout our stay.

Nice little flat just off Bearwood high street

Ashraf was very attentive, ironing out a few small problems and responding immediately to any communications. The flat is in a great area, 15 mins from the centre of Birmingham and in a quiet street near all necessary amenities. Recommended.
