Newly build tiny modern apartment. Because of the light colours and lots of light the ambiance is very peaceful. There is one very comfortable double bed (boxspring 180x200) and a baby bed upon request. Max 2 adults. Kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Walking distance from the center and the beach. 10 minute walk to the railwaystation. 15 minute walk to the F1 racetrack. Private entrance and patio. No smoking inside and no pets.

Fréderique and Barry are great hosts, very friendly, reliable, helpful and always available. We were allowed to be the first guests in the beautiful new suite in a quiet central location. The very stylishly furnished accommodation has a separate entrance in the garden area of the host's house, which looks exactly as shown in the photos. The facilities were perfect for us. We'd love to come back.

Wonderful holidays

The hosts Fréderique and Barry are very friendly, helpful and reliable and always provide valuable insider tips. The suite has a separate entrance, is completely new, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, both to reach the beach and for excursions in the surrounding area (Amsterdam, The Hague, Haarlem). In summary: The best of the best. We will certainly stay here when we come to Zandvoort again.

The place is very small, basically a backyard shed extension made into a guest living quarter. "Bedroom" is a niche in which a bed with a very thin matress is squeezed, "Bathroom" is a shower and adjacent toilet, separated from the main living area by a shower curtain. A sink is then placed outside of the bathroom." Very generously" 4 K-cups were provided as source of coffee. Parking was available - but in 30 mins walking distance. Finally, the owner charged a 200 Euro cleaning fee for a clogged shower drain - the shower had a rectangular cover of the actual drain, and when they removed that cover, they detected debris which was not flushed away. Combined with some anti-feminine and ethnic language in their justification of the charge (via VRBO) - my travel partner is a black female. In summary, cute looking on the listing, but not recommended.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment ist zwar klein, aber sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber, versprochenes z.b. Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir können sowohl das Apartment als auch die Vermieter sehr empfehlen!!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas kleiner, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Für ein paar Tage genau das richtige was wir suchten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und es hat aller reibungslos geklappt. Daumen hoch ;-)

Einfach Toll!

Es war unser erster Kurztrip als kleine Familie. Wir haben uns von der Buchung vid Check-out sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation vorab war hervorragend, und wir durften sogar schon morgens einchecken. Der Weg zum Strand ist einfach fussläufig zu erreichen und man benötigt eigentlich kein Auto. Die kleine Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, sodass uns nichts gefehlt hat. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Terrasse ist ein Pluspunkt. Zum selber kochen ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Fréderique ist sehr bemüht und hilft bei allen Fragen weiter. Alles in allem, eine tolle Ferienwohnung in einem tollen Ort, wo man gerne nochmal hinkommt!

Einfach nur schön und liebevoll

Ich war mit meinem Mann und unserem 1 Jährigen für eine Woche in diesem so liebevoll gestalteten, kleinen und gemütlichen Appartement. Es ist zwar mit einem Kind doch wenig Platz, aber wir waren die meiste Zeit unterwegs, sodass es gut gepasst hat. Alles super sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet, besonders für einen Urlaub zu Zweit. Kochen ist etwas schwieriger, aber auch möglich. Wer gerne essen geht ist hier mehr als richtig. Die Gastgeber sind einfach ein Traum. Super hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und absolut herzlich. Die Lage ist super und wir hatten einfach eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank dafür ☀️☺️🙌🏼

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Gegend und sehr zentral. Sie ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit, herzlich und unkompliziert - wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Perfekt für ein paar ruhige Tage

Alles hat super funktioniert, das kleine Apartment ist richtig schön und sehr gemütlich. Es liegt direkt neben dem Haus von Frederique, aber es ist so abgegrenzt, dass man komplett seine Ruhe hat. Wenn wir etwas brauchten, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Es war alles perfekt. Wenn wir noch einmal in Zandvoort sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

ich hatte noch nie solch schöne Tage in Holland, es war alles zuvorkommend, gern wieder :-)

Es gibt nichts woran es fehlen könnte, Zentrum zum Schlemmen und Einkaufen unweit weg und der Strand einfach phänomänal schön, auch ohne Badewetter :-)
