Villa Alkontera is an elegant 5 bedroom villa centrally located in Polis. The shops and restaurants are within walking distance where you will find a good choice of places to eat and drink in Polis Square too. Polis Beach and the charming Latchi Harbour are less than a 5 minute drive.

On entering the villa you will find the dining area with table and chairs and a nice sized lounge with a large modern L shaped couch and TV, here are 2 picture windows overlooking the garden area. This leads to a further seating area with a TV that can be used for youtube and such like. Leading on from the seating area to the modern fitted kitchen with an island and bar stools and kitchen door which also leads to the terrace and pool area. Behind the kitchen is a double bedroom with a large shower ensuite where there are doors that open to the side of the house and this leads to the pool area. On this floor there are two sets of steps that go to the lower ground floor, the first set taking you down to the games room with air hockey and foosball where there is also a separate shower room. The second set takes you down to the garage where the door can be automatically operated.

Going upstairs there are a further 4 bedrooms, one double bedroom with a modern shower ensuite, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds which have an adjoining balcony and here there is also a separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a laundry room which houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa has a large swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access. This is a great place for all the family to gather together, there is a mature garden surrounding the villa offering a good degree of privacy, there is also a covered pergola which is ideal if you want to escape the midday sun whilst reading a good book. Next to the gas BBQ is a dining table and chairs, all much needed ingredients for alfresco dining. There is also the benefit of the central heating for the cooler evenings. Furthermore, you’ll discover an electric vehicle charging station on the premises for your eco-conscious travel needs.

In front of the perimeters of the grounds are orange and lemon trees which you can pick for your own delights.
