Beautiful newly refurbished flat with sea views. Located in the heart of Los Cristianos and at the same time in a very quiet area, a few steps from the beach and its pleasant avenues where you can breathe a summer atmosphere throughout the year. Spacious, with 2 bedrooms, garage space and fibre Wifi Internet access designed for teleworking. This flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

This beautiful flat is ideal for families and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and a large terrace overlooking the sea, where you can have lunch or disconnect. In addition to Internet Wifi Fiber to 600mb and parking space.

With an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few steps from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Los Cristianos.

The house has a fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, 600 mb fibre Wifi Internet, bed linen and shower towels, travel cot and high chair. There is also a parking space.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Disappointing standards

Overall impression of the apartment was good. We were staying for 3 weeks and found we only had one tea-towel, one set of bedding and a limited supply of towels. We were given more bedding and ONE more tea-towel when we asked for them. When we showered on the first evening, the water ran out of the shower and was making its way to the bedroom!! I had to block it with our limited supply of towels. No instruction to use the oven or the washing machine Some of the kitchen equipment was broken, e.g. food prep knives with loose and broken handles. There was no plug for the sink. Very limited supply of sun loungers around the pool (13). All occupied very early at the weekends. Overall disappointing for the price we paid.

Also, we have already checked with our maintenance team the water problem in the bathroom. This property is not designed for foreign visitors

The property is situated very close to the sea and main stretch of restaurants and bars. This complex is residential and locals live here, we found that it could be noisy in the evening, but it was quite throughout the night despite its position close to the bars. The comunale areas are not the best and very tired. It is clear that the apartment had recently been refurbished and was nicely decorated. However it had no safe which meant no where to keep passports and electronic goods. The TV did not work when we arrived but was fixed within the first 2 days, but this was Spanish TV only. During our holiday we had to stay in as an engineer needed to have a look at the bathroom frame as this was damaged and swollen due to water from the position of the shower. We had to wait for them to arrive and we could not leave them alone due to the lack of a safe. Despite the inconvenience with the TV and other engineer we asked if we could stay in the room as we had a late flight but they refused. They had nowhere for us to store our cases and we had to take them with us for 4 hours until our taxi arrived. We have been visiting Los Cristianos for 20 years and this is the first time we have not had anywhere to store our luggage.

Wherever possible, we accommodate our guests' preferences for luggage storage, however, this is a home, not a hotel with luggage storage, and if other guests arrive at the property on check out day, unfortunately we are unable to offer a late check out.
