Come and enjoy the best of Switzerland in our lovely 4-6 bed apartment situated in the wonderful car-free village of Mürren. Beautiful scenery with the most iconic view of Switzerland on offer daily. Amazing hikes in the summer, or even more activity for all the family with via ferrata, biking, flower trails, adventure. Superb winter activity also available for skiers, snowboarders, cross country skiers with lovely cosy apres ski venues throughout the village. For those even more committed to sport there is a wonderful sports centre complex in the village with a large swimming pool, gym equipment and a small spa. You can use the flat as a base and explore the surrounding villages and towns like Wengen, Grindelwald and Interlaken. Enjoy the amazing mountain air, beautiful views, glorious days, perfect sunsets, and revel in the magic of Switzerland.

Alpine Bliss. This charming, well furnished apartment was the perfect place to spend several days in the Berner Oberland. The two spacious balconies looked directly on to the snow-covered Eiger, Monch, and Jungfraujoch mountain peaks. Georgeous views. The small town of Murren, with a well-provisioned Coop supermarket a few minutes walk was the perfect mountain retreat. Would definitely stay in Chateau Myrenna again.

Wonderful! Straight out of a movie.

Location is unbelievable. Lael the host was very responsive when I had questions and helped everything run smoothly. I don't know if we will ever get back to Switzerland again, but if we do I would love to stay here again!

Perfect apartment in Muerren

As described, Chalet Myrrena is 5 minutes walk from the train station and all amenities are a short walk away. The apartment is cosy & comfortable with views across to the Eiger. Hosts Lael and Len couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We look forward very much to returning.

Great Location / Nice Accomodations

Nice location toward the end of main road in town. Easy walk from both the train station and gondola. The unit had everything necessary for cooking with both indoor and outdoor table seating. The shower was great; good water pressure and instant hot water. Nice bright, open and airy apartment. The beds were comfortable, the bed linens and bath towels were nice. Although the direct view of the mountains was blocked by the hotel across the street, there was still a nice view to the side. We would stay here again if ever visiting Murren again.

Gemütliche Winterferien in Mürren

Eine gemütliche Maisonette Wohnung die wir mit 6 Personen bewohnt haben. Dafür war die Essecke im Wohnzimmer etwas eng. Die Küche war klein aber praktisch eingerichtet und hat an nichts gefehlt.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is lovely apartment, centrally situated in the village close to shops, the railway station (5 minutes walk) and the cable car station (10 minutes walk). It is very well equipped duplex apartment on the first floor of a lovely building and would suit a family of 4 or 6 people. It is a home from home.

We can never decide which season we love more. It's fantastic for skiing holidays as you have the whole Jungfrau region to explore. And truly wonderful in spring, summer and autumn, experience the amazing alpine spring flowers, the summer Dorfest in August and the autumn colours. Meet the lovely Swiss cows on your walks. Enjoy Swiss cheese from the source.

You can use the flat as base to explore the region as well. It is a slice of paradise. You won't want to leave.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Extra room available with bunk beds if there are 6 of you. And the table can be extended should you need more seating.
We do leave some condiments in the kitchen: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc together with tea and coffee pods. We just ask that the person who finishes something replaces it for the next people. I also leave about 3 or 4 dishwasher tabs so you don't need to worry about that.
