The House: The accommodation (sleeps up to 5) features spacious and welcoming spaces:

très bon séjour

La location est conforme à la description faite sur le site, l'accueil très agréable. C'est une maison propre et très agréable dont on a apprécié la tranquillité, notamment la terrasse ouverte sur le jardin. Maison bien située pour visiter les environs. Location à recommander mais qui nécessite un moyen de locomotion car éloignée de quelques kilomètres des commerces.

Leuk eenvoudig huisje in the middle of nowhere.

We vonden het huisje aardig. Maar de streek waarin het ligt is niet heel erg mooi en er is niet veel interessants te doen in de buurt. Wij waren in hoog zomer, en dan is t huisje gewoon veel te heet. De tuin, die best mooi is, geeft nauwelijks schaduw en de patio is te heet. De airco in t huis was helaas kapot, maar 's avonds was t wel lekker in de tuin. Daarom zijn wij 4 dagen eerder vertrokken. Kortom, best leuk maar niet geschikt voor in de zomer en niet voor kinderen.

Thank you for the review but I am very sorry that I only received 3 undeserved stars. Didn't you read the description when you chose our house? Haven't you read the numerous reviews of those who preceded you? The value of this house is due to its position, in nature, but close to everything. Two clarifications are necessary: - air conditioning was at your disposal with a portable air conditioner and many fans. - Your early departure was announced by you immediately upon arrival, as you had booked another accommodation.

Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit inmitten totaler Natur

Wenn Jemand absolute Ruhe inmitten totaler Natur mit Nachbarn aus Eseln, Pferden, Hunde, Katzen, Geckos etc. sucht, ist er hier absolut richtig. Das Häuschen entspricht genau der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten und anschl. Olivenhain, völlig abgeschieden auch vom Ort. Die Terrasse ist absolut traumhaft und lädt zum totalen Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns fast nur draußen auf gehalten. Die Ausstattung des Häuschens ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, aber hat Alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist mit Allem ausgestattet um sich auch dauerhaft selbst zu versorgen. Andrea, der junge Mann vor Ort, der für alle Fragen und die Einweisung vor Ort zuständig ist, ist immer zu erreichen und kümmert sich sofort um irgendwelche Problemchen. Für uns war es Ausgangspunkt um den ganzen Süden und Westen der Insel mit wunderschönen Stränden und traumhaften Aussichtsstrassen zu entdecken. Für Jemanden der wie oben erwähnt Ruhe und Entspannung sucht können wir das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Elli und Michael

Belle maison dans un cadre bucolique

Maison spacieuse avec une très agréable terrasse située dans un jardin d'oliviers. Situé à 1km des commerces et à 10 km d'Iglesias. Bien situé pour rayonner dans le sud-ouest, de la costa del sud à la costa verde. Contact très aisé avec le propriétaire et accueil très serviable.

maison agréable fleurie et arborée

nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette propriété spacieuse , très fleurie et tranquille située à la campagne, la grande terrasse est appréciable pour son barbecue le soir ,les clochettes des moutons se font entendre à proximité, la visite d'une chatte et de ses chatons nous ont ravis,Un supermarché est à proximité ce qui est confortable, la voiture est indispensable pour les balades .les plages du sud sont jolies et beaucoup lplus tranquilles que celles de la cote Est où nous avons sejourné la 2ième semaine.Par contre il fait très chaud en Sardaigne au mois d'Aout ce qui rend les nuits difficiles malgré les ventilateurs, une clim serait la bienvenue.Nous garderons un bon souvenir de cette maison et de la rencontre que nous y avons faite, je pense aux chatons et à leur mère sauvage semble t-il? affamés,j'espère que nos successeurs auront aussi été attendri et comme nous les aurons un peu aidé face à cette nature un peu hostile.

Maison dans la pampa au calme

Maison individuelle situé dans un petit village fort sympathique. Première plage à seulement 20min sans bouchon. Possibilité de découvrir lu sud ouest de la Sardaigne de manière optimale.

Fijne vakantie in een prima huis

Ligging als uitvalsbasis in ziud Sardinie prima. Een fijn huis in een mooie tuin, genoten van de grote veranda. Keuken goed ingericht. Badkamers, slaapkamers, bedden ok. Landelijk gelegen, heerlijk rustig.

Maison et Jardin magnifique

Accueil très chaleureux et à l'écoute ( merci Mr Tocco ) lieu et cadre idéale pour passer des vacances hors du tourisme de masse .Maison typique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner , grande terrasse très agréable et très bien équipée . Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances et n'avons pas été déçu du choix de la maison . Nous recommandons cette maison et remercions Patricia pour son sérieux et sa sympathie .

accogliente e rilassante

'Pretty House' a Villamassargia (Ci), immersa nel verde, tranquilla abitazione con grandissima veranda ,comoda per stare in relax o fare grigliate in compagnia gustando gli ottimi vini della vicinissima cantina 'Aru'. Comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi localita' di mare o citta' turistica come Iglesias, nella quale troverete molte attrattive medievali e il suo bellissimo trinomio Mare Montagna Miniera, dovre potrete appunto fare delle interessantissime escursioni guidate e non, tra le grotte e il mare cristallino. Ottimo alloggio estivo immerso nel verde , bellissimo giardino curato. Noi abbiamo portato anche due cagnoni che si sono divertiti un mondo per il lungo uliveto (consigliato portare cani bravini perche c'e' una splendida collezione di piante grasse da non distruggere a parer mio!) dove abbiamo trascorso ore in allegria e fresco serale dopo giornate al mare o in avventura . Personale a disposizione gentilissimo per qualsiasi aiuto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Una casa meravigliosa

Io mia moglie e la piccola virgola, il nostro cagnolino, ci siamo trovati troppo bene. Cercavamo pace ma non pensavamo di trovare una casa così ospitale e tanto vivibile da rendere doloroso andarsene. È una casa indipendente con un giardino meraviglioso immersa tra ulivi e vigneti.....in campagna ma a 2 minuti di macchina da villamassargia . Un punto strategico se si pensa che usciti dalla campagna che circonda casa si trovano tutte le vie principali per raggiungere le tante mete a disposizione in questa meravigliosa zona.....non è una semplice casa delle vacanze è un'esperienza ......sia la padrona di casa che le persone addette in loco sono squisite....di una gentilezza sempre più rara.....insomma per noi è un posto meraviglioso superconsigliato.....

This home was absolutely spectacular so close to the action, minutes away from Mountain House. The home is a jewel and has everything you would need at your finger tips an awesome floor plan for multi families. What a treat!

Pretty memories of Pretty house :)

Our family stayed at this lovely place for 1 week in October of this year (2o11). It is nice place to stay with a very simple but cozy atmosphere. Our son is 1.5 year and we were able to manage :) He just loved the sea and sand (such a play ground :)) which is easily reachable by car. The area is surrounded by plenty of gorgeous beaches for kids and adults - to enjoy the water, sun and nature! People around are friendly and helpful and you can rely on them if you have any questions/problems. We definitely would like to come back :)

great location to enjoy Sardinia beaches

We enjoyed the apartment very much, expecially considering it benefits of a private garden and an absoulte relaxing and charming atmosphere since its located in the countryside. In proximity of the house, trvelling by car we were able to visit different beaches every day, and even 2 in one day. The one we loved the most is called Caladomestica (see picture)...just amazing. The apartment itself is also very confortable (we had a 1 yr old baby), the room is quite big, and we enjoyed the barbeque a lot. I totally recomend this house if you want to enjouy the amazing see and beaches present in the south of sardinia. just half an hour from the Cagliari airport

Charming

A charming little house, in between olive trees and wine. Simple, but well equipped. Ideal for who looks for privacy and wants to avoid tourism. Seaside a 25 minutes ride away. Very kind people to assist during the stay.
