Villa Marinella is a two bedroom villa located in the village of Nerano, a jem tucked in an unspoiled beautiful bay. The position of the villa guarantees privacy and comfort and the chance of enjoying the breathtaking sea views from the patio, garden, terraces and large roof terrace.The property is located 10 minutes walk from beautiful beaches with the wonderful fish restaurants, a few beach clubs, small food store and the possibility of joining great boat trips to Capri, Amalfi with the most hidden and spectacular caves of the coast. Sorrento is at approximately 20 km away.Villa Marinella has a welcoming and very well looked after garden with a gazebo area equipped with tables and chairs, a barbeque area and a private swimming pool, the perfect spot to enjoy your meals outside. From the garden you can also easily access the huge roof terrace equipped with sunbeds, where you can enjoy the best sea view of the entire property.The villa is on one floor with an entrance in an bright open space. The living area has a comfortable sofa (bed) and a dining area with a welcoming fire place that creates a warm and stylish atmosphere when having your meals inside. From the living room you can access the panoramic sea view balcony with a small table and chairs.The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and all the necessary to cook.ln this area, you will also find a very functional laundry room.The night area is composed of one double bedroom with a sea view terrace, a bathroom with shower and a second double/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. This room has a private little patio with small table and chairs.Important informations: Rental Rules:A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 90 days prior to the arrival date.

Lovely villa

The villa is lovely and very well located. The hosts are kind and available to answer any question you may have and, provide suggestions about the surrounding. There is a beautiful beach and good restaurants near by.

Amalfi Dream

The property has picture perfect view of the coast. We felt special being able to stay at such special villa. Everything we needed was there and very very clean. Communication with the host was easy and super responsive. It was an amazing stay for our family of four.

We enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor spaxes are amazing, but could have used some trimming up. Seemed the landscaper hadnt been there for awhile.

Nice house with great amenities

The house was perfect. It was clean, with great views, and great functionality. The plus was that the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were great. We highly recommend the house for activities in Nerano. It was in a great location to explore the beautiful sights of Nerano, the wonderful beaches, the amazing Michelin star restaurants. And yes, you could take various tours offered by the host outside of Nerano. If you rent a car and want to use the house as a base to explore the Amalfi Coast, please keep in mind that your drive out of Nerano will add time to your journey to get to other places be it Positano or Sorrento.

Great spot at Marina del Cantone (Massa Lubrense)

We had a great stay here in June 2023. The property is lovely. Marina del Cantone is on a quaint little bay near Sorrento. We loved our time at Villa Marinella...the rooftop sun deck, pool and quick walk to the restaurants at the Marina and up the road made it a delightful vacation. If you feel like being on the beach at the marina, you can rent chairs there for around $10 per day. We utilized the host's driver and went on many outings arranged by them to Capri (must see!), Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano...we even did a fun in home cooking class! Two thumbs up for both the Villa and the group that manages it. We loved our visit to this beautiful area of Italy! :)

Relaxing time

Great for a family of 4 looking to get away. In a small town, so a car makes things easier. We met Max from the agency and we followed him to the house where he showed us around. He also helped us book a private boat to Capri which was definitely one of the highlights of our entire time in Italy. House was a perfect size and had great views. Beach and restaurants in walking distance, but be prepared for the hike back up! Easy day trip to Sorrento, Positano or Pompeii. Highly recommend! However, for those Americans who have never rented a house in Italy, just be aware there is a drying rack not a dryer, recycling is taken seriously, and hot water should not be wasted. Also, there is a bank in the town with the Conad grocery store which has an ATM with much better rates and no up charge fee (unlike the ATM in the small town at the bottom of the hill by the beach which has a 14% up charge fee).

Es war sehr schön- alles war so wie in der Beschreibung. Das Einzige was gefehlt hat, waren richtige Decken. War doch noch frisch in der Nacht. Aber sonst war alles super!

A Little Piece of Heaven

The property was beautiful and clean. The property description was very accurate. We were able to use the pool and outdoor space every day. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view and great for sunset happy hours. The hike up from the beach/restaurants is not for the faint of heart. Very steep walk. The little town of Nerano has a great bar restaurant. Our property manager, Davide, was very responsive and met us at the villa and set up some excursions for us which were delightful. The only downfall was a slow drain in one of the bathroom showers.

Everything worked out perfect - from the start: the booking process was super efficient - the host answered in now time and responded to all additional questions. We booked at the end all the trips via the host, which was super efficient as well. Everything - from the house to the trips worked out perfectly - from the shuttle services to the experiences we made. The house is beautiful and excellent for people like us, who wanted to be away from the big crowds. Can only recommend it.
