It features a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed, a television, and a bathroom with shower and WC. The expansive balcony, furnished with patio furniture, provides delightful views of the surrounding area.



Outside, a garden area with a lush lawn and sun chairs invites relaxation. A parking space is also at your disposal. The studio is perfectly located within walking distance of local taverns and the enchanting Damnoni beach. Moreover, it's only 3 kilometers from the renowned Plakias area, celebrated for its tourist amenities, water sports, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, and more. A car is unnecessary unless you wish to explore the picturesque southern region of Crete.
