la maison est charmante! l'espace extérieur agréable, l'environnement à la campagne est calme. Un gentil âne se trouve sur la parcelle mitoyenne, il n'a fait aucun bruit. Les indications et les discutions avec les personnes sont claires et rapides. L'arrivée autonome est très pratique. Le jardin est bien arboré. Mais... les lits ne sont pas bons. Toutes la robinetterie est soit cassée ( baignoire), soit inadaptée ( dans la cuisine, impossible de ne pas arroser partout) soit bricolée( dans la douche) L'eau est hypercalcaire mais ils n'entretiennent pas les mousseurs alors le débit devient ridicule. La machine a laver la vaisselle déborde de calcaire et lave très mal. D'ailleurs en arrivant la vaisselle n'avait pas été vérifiée, aussi bien les assiettes, les verres les casseroles, tout à relaver: pas que des taches de calcaires mais des restes étaient collés. La cuisine est mal équipée, à 4, il n'y a pas assez d'assiettes pour 2 repas. J'ai le même équipement quand nous partons en toile de tente. il existe un fils à linge mais seulement 6 pinces... on ne peut pas faire sécher ses serviettes de plages et 1 machine en même temps. Il n'y a aucun basique dans la cuisine, pas de sel, pas de poivre. Sachant que 1kg de sel ne coute même pas 1 euros là-bas. Les kits d'arrivées nous dépannent bien mais c'est vraiment minus. Fin octobre nous n'avons eu aucun désagréments avec des insectes. Cette maison a un potentiel extra pour devenir un cocon! Quel dommage!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage unweit von Polenca jedoch ist die Stadt nicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus an sich hat Potenzial jedoch benötigt es dringend eine Überholung. Alles wirkt sehr abgewohnt. Defekte Sachen wie kaputte Stühle oder zerbrochen Lattenrost stehen draußen rum. Die Klimaanlage ist nur in den Schlafräumen vorhanden. Wasser in einem Bad ist nur ein Rinnsal. Die Einzelbetten sind nur Klappbetten und das Doppelbett knarzt wie verrückt. Leider gibt es keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern so das ein schlafen mit offenen Fenstern nicht möglich ist. In den Schränke und Kommoden befanden sich tote Käfer und andere Tierchen so das diese nicht nutzbar waren. Somit lebten wir sogesagt aus dem Koffer. In der Küche gibt es eine Duschbrause zum abwaschen und die Ameisen sind eine echte Plage. Trotz intensiver Reinigung nach jedem Kochen kamen sie immer wieder. Aber nett das ein Warnschild vorhanden war. Die elektrischen Geräte wie Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine funktioniert waren aber schon etwas verrostet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zwar für ein Singlehaushalt ausreichend aber nicht für eine vierköpfige Familie. Nun zum Garten. Der Pool ist groß genug und das Wasser war in Ordnung. Die Liegen machten auch einen neueren Eindruck. Nur bei der Gartenpflege gibt es Luft nach oben. Die Bewässerungsanlage scheint defekt zu sein. Zumindest hab ich sie nie in Aktion gesehen und der Rasen war mehr Steppe als grün. Nutzbare Fläche nur direkt vor dem Haus.

Check-in erfolgt mit Schlüsseltresor vor Ort. WLAN war am 1. Tag aus, es kam aber jemand um das zu fixen. 7 Tage ohne TV war echt schlecht. Es wurde versprochen das jemand vorbei kommt, kam aber keiner. Klimaanlage in den 2 Schlafzimmern sehr laut und geht immer wieder aus. Sie schaffen es nicht das Haus kalt zu halten. Bei 35 Grad war es echt heiß da drin. Alles andere war soweit okay. Man muss sich damit abfinden, das das Haus schon älter ist und hier und da Reparaturen nötig wären. Aber wenn man da drüber weg schauen kann dann ist es okay. Pool ist super. Mit richtigem Einstieg, das ist ein Pluspunkt. Was man auch wissen sollte, man muss den Müll selbst entsorgen, etwa 1-2 km entfernt. Es gibt keinerlei Gewürze oder sonst etwas. Also wenn man selbst kochen will, muss man wirklich alles besorgen (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee, Tee). Außer man ist nur 2-3 Tage dort, dann reicht das Willkommenskid aus. Mit nur einem Sofa und einem Sessel ist Chillen am Abend als Familie etwas unbequem. Das es kein Eingangstor gibt, sondern das Grundstück offen ist, fanden wir sehr unheimlich. Jeder kann einfach auf das Grundstück laufen oder fahren. Wir haben Abends immer alles abgeschlossen und die Fenster nie auf gemacht. Man ist gut vor Blicken geschützt im Pool aber mit dem Gedanken es könnte die ganze Zeit jemand einfach da stehen, sehr komisch. Wenn man auf jeglichen Luxus verzichten kann ist es ein gutes Haus. Für uns war es okay und der Urlaub war gut. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Kein Deutsch.

Can Llobera is such a special, charming villa. We really felt at home! Everything was extremely easy and spotlessly clean on arrival. We enjoyed all of our meals out on the terrace, and used the pool everyday (cold, though!!) Our young kids loved it. The villa is simple, but has everything you need. It feels private, quiet and is in such beautiful surroundings, yet you are so close to a supermarket and lots of sights, towns, beaches and day trips. We particularly enjoyed the old town of Pollensa, driving to Cap de Formentor and Formentor Beach. Alcudia Beach was very child friendly. And we made a day trip to beautiful Soller and took the wooden tram to the Port. We just loved everything in this beautiful country and the charming Can Llobera, Take me back!!

Needs updating!

This is a lovely property in a lovely rural position, the house was clean and comfortable, as mentioned by other reviews you will get nothing on arrival, not even a bar of soap or a binbag. The main disappointment was the condition of the pool, on arrival there was dirt at the bottom which we complained about, 3 calls later someone eventually came out to put chlorine tablets in but no cleaning took place during our 10 day stay. The pictures are misleading of the pool and does not reflect its true condition, the tiles are discoloured, the surround is grey cracked concrete and not pebbles like in the photos. With a big of TLC and attention to detail this could be a wonderful property. The mule in the next field is adorable though.

Family Holiday

The property is in a beautiful setting, with a great view. We loved the area. However, there were issues. On arrival, quite late on, we arrived at the villa to find the bathwindows were open, but unfortunately, there were no mosquitoe nets on windows. We were eaten alive by mosquitos. Lots of flies in the main bathroom, resulting in literally infestation of drain flies. We did contact the manager, and it was cleaned, but the issue with flies just kept going. It was unusable in the end, and we all used the smaller one. As previously said, there is no welcome pack, other than the large tin of fliespray 🙄 For the money paid, I have to say we were not best pleased. With small adjustments things could be much improved.

Wir würden diese Finca nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Finca liegt sehr nah an der Hauptstrasse nach Pollenca. Das heisst man hört die Autos nahezu den ganzen Tag. Wenn der Wind noch aus der Richtung kommt, ist es so wie auf einer Autobahnraststätte. Wir hatte nahezu keine Privatsphäre. Fast jeden Tag standen Leute in unserem Garten und pflückten Obst oder kümmerten sich um die Pflanzen, die sie dort anbauten. Die Leute kamen ohne Voranmeldung und waren auf einmal da ohne Rücksicht auf uns zu nehmen. Hinter dem Haus steht ein Esel, ganz allein, der jeden morgen von seinem Besitzer gefüttert wird. Die Ausstattung ist eher Marke Schullandheim. Teilweise gehen Lampen nicht, ein Stuhl und eine Sonnenliege waren kaputt. Es gibt keine Pool Handtücher, keine Poolbeleuchtung, keine Pooldusche. Es gab keine Polster für die Gartenmöbel und der Geschirrspüler ist unbrauchbar. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub dort leider nicht geniessen können und haben unserer Meinung zu viel Geld für diese Finca ausgegeben. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war sehr schlecht..

Can Llobera

Fantastic location, quiet, convenient access to motorway, Pollensa town and Pollensa port. The property was ideal for our group of 4 adults. However, there were several minor annoyances. We arrived in a fairly new hire car and the shrubbery on the driveway had not been trimmed so that you could not avoid scratching the car on both sides. With a property of this cost you would expect a welcome pack of some description and some basic foodstuffs in the kitchen. There was no dishcloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs or even salt and pepper. We contacted the agent who was mildly concerned that there was no “welcome pack” and we arranged to collect same from their offices in Pollensa. The pack contained 2 plastic bin liners, 1 scoured, 1 dishcloth, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 very small hand soaps and a thimbleful of washing up liquid. Considering we had booked for 3 weeks we did not consider this as over generous. Also there were only 2 coffee mugs and the agent eventually provided 4 more. The dishwasher was absolutely useless so we washed everything by hand. The villa has a pool but does not provide pool towels and the agent offered to hire us 4 towels for 30 euros. The pool was cleaned and tested only once during our stay and that only after we requested it to be cleaned. The shower in the twin bedded room flooded the bathroom every time you had a shower. There was a storm one night and water dripped through the ceiling onto my wife’s pillow. Summing up, this property has fantastic potential but is let down by the lack of a decent welcome pack, some decent cutlery, some basic kitchen supplies, pool towels and attention to the maintenance of the pool and property in general.

EXCELLENTES, nous etions au PARADIS. Lendroit est tel quil est decrit, vraiment ravissant entoure darbres, sans autre voisinage quun ane, quelques moutons, deux coqs, etc et assez eloigne de la route pour ne pas etre deranger tout en etant a 10-15 minutes en voiture du bord de mer et de son animation. La maison a tout ce quil faut pour un sejour de reve : le jardin, la terrasse et la piscine (a temperature ideale) tellement agreables et propres. La literie est tres correcte (peut-etre faudrait-il un petit nettoyage des couvertures), il y a beaucoup de place de rangement, la salle de bain est spacieuse. Nous avons meme eu la surprise dun petit nettoyage avec changement de linge de toilettes en milieu de sejour ainsi quun entretien de la piscine. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location. EXCELLENTES, we were in PARADIS. The place is as described, really beautiful surrounded by trees, with no neighbors other than a donkey, some sheep, two roosters, etc. and quite far from the road so as not to be disturbed while being at 10- 15 minutes drive from the seaside and its animation. The house has everything you need for a dream holiday: the garden, the terrace and the pool (at ideal temperature) so nice and clean. The bedding is very adequate (maybe a little cleaning of the blankets), there is plenty of storage space, the bathroom is spacious. We even had the surprise of a small cleaning with change of towels in the middle of the stay as well as a maintenance of the swimming pool. We can only recommend this rental.

We had a very pleasant holiday at Can Llobera. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by that we enjoyed!. The beaches were very pretty (sandy!) and also check out Son Baloo beach - amazing! We enjoyed long strolls and got our daily exercise by walking the town of Llobera. Loved it...

I cant say enough about this villa and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Can Llobera and Pollensa were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes drive from the villa and the sea is only 10 minutes drive away. The place is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Booking with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You sure will be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to everything. You need only a 5-minute drive to Pollensa Old Town and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you can reach Alcudia and Cala Sant Vicent, where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Spanish specialties (Paella, Gazpacho...) and really like their local wines. Do not hesitate to book this villa!
