Alquiler directo del propietario una hermosa pequeña villa con piscina y jardines en un lugar aislado encantadora entre el casco antiguo de Pollensa y Puerto Pollensa. Situado con vistas a la montaña ya poca distancia en coche de las maravillosas playas de Puerto Pollensa y Cala San Vicente, este es un lugar idílico para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas.

Esta encantadora pequeña villa de propiedad privada cuenta con salón, cocina un plan abierto totalmente Equipt con todos los electrodomésticos puramente eléctricos sin necesidad de ningún botellas de gas. A continuación, tiene dos dormitorios y un cuarto de baño y está bien equipado con ropa de cama como toallas, sábanas, toallas de cocina, vajilla y mucho más. También es totalmente calefacción central para estancias de invierno. El exterior cuenta con un medidor de la piscina de 8 x 4 con terraza, jardines y barbacoa con preciosa zona de comedor.

Un coche se recomienda para su estancia en la villa, aunque la ciudad Comercios y antiguo de Pollensa están a menos de una distancia de unos pocos kilómetros a pie.

We had a brilliant time. The house was beautiful set in lovely grounds. The pool was great and to be able to walk into Pollensa an added bonus. Everything worked perfectly

This was a lovely stay. The villa has great views of the surrounding hills, plenty of outdoor space, and a very welcome pool for cooling off at the end of the day! Everything inside is as described and we were very comfortable during our week. Pere is a great host - we only needed to call on him once (the electric gate to the driveway got stuck in 38⁰ heat), and he had it sorted out in 15mins. Pollenca is also an ideal base for beaches, walking, and exploring northeast Mallorca. Highly recommended!

Relax in homely villa in orchard

Easy walk into town square, yet you feel away from it all, mellow and at peace. The owners family home feels lived in and the orchard setting, with fruit ripening in front of you, is a million miles away from city life. The pool is also a gem and the mountain view stunning.

Lovely rustic finca

Lovely gardens and a good place to stay with easy walk to Pollensa . The main bedroom is a little small and the double bed uncomfortable. Pool area is great with great views of the surrounding mountains there is some road noise .

Polenca stay

good location only short walk to Polenca old town. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful outside space and great pool. We did not hire a car on this trip, but the owner was really helpful, and even drove us to the supermarket on our arrival to buy provisions, then waited for us and drove us back. A few essential items like a dish cloth and dishwash tablets would have been useful, but this did not deter us from our great stay at this lovely property.

Lovely traditional Mallorcan Finca

We just spent two enjoyable weeks at tjis small, quaint finca only 10 minutes walk from the old town of Pollensa. The accommodation was basic and clean. The finca is surrounded by fruit trees, olive trees and grapevines and the pool is fantastic. Pere is a great host and was on call for any queries we had. We would recommend this for a relaxing, peaceful holiday.

Cozy, peaceful, perfect

Cozy and comfortable Finca with everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness and all the linen provided (even beach towels!). Kitchen is well equipped too. Outdoor lounging and raised pool areas are spacious and beautiful. I loved the feel of sitting in an orchard and the views of the Tramuntana mountains are stunning. Pere is a wonderful, friendly and helpful host. I will definitely return.

Lovely villa with amazing views

I visited the villa with two friends and had an amazing week. The villa is lovely but the views are the best thing about the stay, especially from the pool. It is the perfect place to relax and it also only takes 10 minutes to walk in to the centre of Pollenca and is only a ten minute taxi ride to Puerto Pollenca. Pere is also really helpful! thanks Pere

Quaint villa close to Pollensa

As other reviewers have said, the property was dated and could do with a big of an upgrade, but that was reflected in the price. Having said that, everything we needed was there. The outside area was absolutely beautiful; the best views we’ve ever had. Plenty of seating which was very good quality. Pere was a very attentive host. We had a problem with the shower and someone was there in 20 minutes to sort it out. Would recommend.

Lovely location but the villa is rather dated.

Lovely location and owners , the villa is rather dated and in need of upgrading. The sun umbrella was broken. The swimming pool is unheated Some essential items were missing.

Wonderful relaxing Honeymoon

We had a wonderful 9 day stay at this property in June 2019. It was very clean and access was smooth and easy. Pere came to meet us and introduce himself on the first day. The town of Pollenca is a short walk. You need a car to go anywhere else. Lidls is a 5 minute drive. The property is well presented with a kitchen full of handy equipment and utensils plus a dishwasher and a washing machine. It has a gorgeous veranda and top notch garden furniture. A few niggles include very hard beds and some unpleasant airfreshers stuffed into corners. Also a huge amount of plastic flowers which let the style of the Finca down somewhat. We had to ask for some larger towels as the ones provided were very small. That said we loved the property. We loved the area too. The gardens are stunning and the swimming pool is absolutely wonderful. We had a thoroughly lovely relaxing stay here.

Peaceful and Idyllic

We loved this villa as soon as we arrived. The pool is closer to the house than the photos suggest - in fact the property is much nicer than it looks online. The house is traditional Mallorcan style, a little dated in its decor, but we spent all our time on the terrace and by the pool - both of which were lovely - so this was not a problem. The views of the mountains that surround the property are stunning and the fact that the house is a short walk from Pollensa is an added bonus (though the main road can be a bit of an ordeal to cross and there are few pavements until you get into the town proper). Pere came to greet us on arrival and check-in and communication were prompt and easy. Our only slight niggle was that hardly anything is provided in terms of household items - we even had to buy own own bin bags. It would be really helpful to offer things like laundry detergent and sponges, olive oil, salt and pepper, although their lack is often the case in most villas that we have stayed in in the past. Altogether we loved the house and were gutted to leave. We would definitely recommend and return again in future.

Very nice traditional country house just outside the lovely Pollenca

We had a lovely holiday in this villa. The location is great - Pollenca is so close – just 10 minutes walk to the centre and the old town with its good range of restaurants and shops. The views are good too – the villa has 360 degree view of surrounding hills. The villa is a family finca in a traditional style with some character and even paintings by one of the family on the walls. It is not large but is priced accordingly and it suited us four adults perfectly. We went in July so spent most of our time on the terrace and by the lovely pool. It has a woodburning stove so would be nice and cosy in winter. The pool is within the garden – I was wondering from the description whether it was outside the garden but it is inside and only 15m or so from the house, but up some steps as it says and catches the sun all day. There is a nice area next to the pool which you can’t see well in the photos, and four sun loungers and a sun umbrella. The garden, as others have said, is full of fruit trees and vines and it was lovely to see lemons, figs, grapes and many other fruits growing so happily. You can hear the road a bit from the house but it is along a drive from the main road so it not right on it and the noise didn’t bother us. There are plenty of beaches and coves to visit and we hired boats and kayaks from various places to explore the coastline. The villa was a lovely base for us in a great location.

Una semana de maravilla en Pollença

Éstas eran unas vacaciones muy deseadas y necesitadas para nosotras, y no estábamos decepcionadas de ninguna manera. La hermosa finca de Pere es un lugar tranquilo, privado, que ofrece todo lo que le puede hacer falta y que está a unos pocos minutos a pie del centro del bonito pueblo de Pollença. Pere era muy acogedor y estaba dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo. Por sus recomendaciones pudimos encontrar muy buenos restaurantes y playas preciosas. Lo único que lamento es que no pudiéramos quedarnos más tiempo.

Gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wegbeschreibung und Check-In absolut zuverlässig und problemlos. Lage des Hauses ist gut, würde aber nicht empfehlen zu Fuß in den Ort zu laufen, obwohl es nahe ist. Dafür ist die Straße zu stark befahren. Haus und Anlage sind sehr schön, besonders der Garten mit Obstbäumen, der Pool und der überdachte, schattige Parkplatz. Beim Geschirr in der Küche hätte ich mit ein paar Weingläser mehr gewünscht… und große Menschen sollten auf ihren Kopf achten. Ansonsten war alles gut! Klare Empfehlung! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit. Jürgen B.

Schöne Villa, ideal zum Entspannen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Auf der Terrasse und am Pool konnte man entspannen und war aufgrund des sehr gepflegten Gartens mitten in der Natur. Pere war ein toller Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir unproblematisch früher einchecken. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach Pollenca und in diese Unterkunft fahren.

Schöner Urlaub

Es war alles sehr schön und ordentlich. Schönes Haus und nette Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und höflich, die Kommunikation war gut . Der Check in ins aus war einfach und reibungslos . Es war ein super Urlaub. Ein dank auch an Peter.

Bel environnement mais...

Comme le titre le laisse entendre la maison dispose d un environnement exceptionnel. Nous avons passé 6 jours très agréables mais quelques désagréments ont tout de même marqués le séjour. Parmis eux: Climatisation bloquée de 8h à 19h ( lorsqu'il fait moins chaud...) Donc avec une enfant de 5 ans et une adulte à la santé fragile pas de clim au plus chaud de la journée c est compliqué. Le propriétaire propose un forfait de 60 euros pour débloquer la clim. La literie est un peu datée. Communication minimale avec le propriétaire mais s'est montré réactif lors d un problème technique.

Excellent private villa with pool

Excellent villa with pool in close proximity to the beautiful old town of Pollenca. Owner lives nearby so is always on hand if there's a problem. Villa was spotless and it had Air conditioning, throughout. The pool is amazing and set back from villa, much bigger than in photographs. It fitted comfortably 4 individuals. This was a godsend during recent heatwave as it got a slight breeze as it sits higher than villa. Villa is decorated in a traditional way. Grounds of villa are excellent and full of fruit trees. Expect to see the gardener every other day as the garden needs to be tended to. If walking to Pollenca it's an interesting walk if you have younger children as there is no path but an unlit track and you have to cross the busy MA220 road to get to and from town, which was quieter in the evening, but during the day it was tricky. Overall this was an excellent find and can't wait to return to Pollenca.

The villa is a very good option because is only 5 minutes walk to arrive to the center instead to go by car, it is like you stay in the village but in a Villa. It's really quiet, and you can enjoy relax, walk to the puig the Maria, that is just 45 minutes nice walk, or get your car and go to the beach that is only 5 minutes to arrive to Puerto Pollença or to Cala Sant Vicente.
