The Space

BEDROOM(S): Furnished to a high standard, this fantastic apartment has lovely scenic views from each of the vintage Sash cord oversized windows and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people.
- Bedroom 1: One large King Zip & Link bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: One large King Zip & Link bed (sleeps 2)
- Common Space: Double sofa bed (sleeps 1)

BATHROOM: A stylish fully tiled modern bathroom with a bath and a step-in rain shower for that all-important end of hard day relaxation.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The airy and bright open plan lounge/kitchen has hardwood floors and comes complete with fully fitted modern appliances. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, a full electric oven and ceramic hob, coffee maker and a full range of kitchen essentials are provided as standard... a true home from home experience. Kick-off your shoes, pop the kettle on for that cuppa and enjoy!

THE LOUNGE: Relax and stream programmes, including NETFLIX on the SMART 50" TV, read a book/magazine or do a jigsaw puzzle or work from the office desk. Enjoy coffee from the four-seater dining table as you listen to the gentle rustling of leaves or birds tweeting in nearby trees!

The apartment is regularly cleaned and disinfected to local COVID-19 guidelines at every check-out. Our hotel quality cotton linen is washed at 90 degrees and fully ironed for your comfort. Bed linen and towels are included the apartment hire fee, however, extra linen sets and additional cleaning available on request at an additional cost.

Watford walk-up

This flat was the perfect size for our family of 4. The space was clean and well-equipped. Thankfully there were fans in every room because it was quite warm the week we were there. The neighborhood was very quiet (except the birds just before dawn) even with its very close proximity to Watford Station. It was convenient to walk to the train, pubs, a chippy, groceries, the mall, and a nice park. The train ride into central London was only 30 mins. My only complaint is the washer was broken and a big reason I booked this rental was the in-unit laundry. We traveled to London for my son to train with a local football club and there was a lot of laundry. I might have also complained about the towel warmer that couldn’t be shut off except we used it around the clock to dry all the uniforms I had to hand wash in the sink. The host was very responsive when I reported the broken washer and ordered laundry service for us twice, but the timing just didn’t work for the football kits. I would definitely recommend the location and the host.

MPL Apartments is a family run business; both Ian and Merrie have a Healthcare background. We thoroughly enjoyed the guest interaction, learning about where they came from and assisting them with their onward plans beyond staying with us in the spare room we let out on Airbnb.
Driven by passion and the ever-growing demand, we acquired our first serviced accommodation at the end of February 2020, straight into a baptism by fire of the then-unheard-of COVID-19! To date, MPL Apartments are proud recipients of 9.8 Traveller 2020 Award and now operate a range of 1-2- & 4-bedroom properties in prime locations in central Watford

Nearby all our apartments are a wonderful selection of global cuisines, cafes, restaurants, theatres, and museums, together with Watford General Hospital, West Herts College, Watford Magistrates Court, Watford FC, Moor Park Golf Club, Cassiobury Park, Atria Shopping Centre and much more. In addition to Hilton Hotels and Wetherspoons Headquarters and FigFlex Serviced Offices, Clarendon Road Business hub and Croxley Business Park are also close by.
