This beautiful apartment located on the beach of Las Marinas has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people.
It is located in an urbanization just 100 m from the sandy beach. In the community we find large areas of lawn, an impressive swimming pool for adults and another for children, basketball / soccer court and paddle tennis court.
The accommodation is on the second floor and has a garage space, Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, electric heating and all kinds of amenities to make your stay a dream.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine (Senseo), toaster, etc.
It also has a washing machine.
From the beautiful balcony you can see the sea, very close to the urbanization. In which we find all kinds of furniture to be able to do it.
The main room is spacious and very bright, in the children's room there is a bunk bed installed.
The house has two bathrooms, one of them complete and the other only with a sink and toilet.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
