The modern and cozy furnishings include a living/sleeping room with a winter garden featuring a double sofabed (130 cm, length 200 cm), a dining table, and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as a radio. This room leads out to a terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on the ground floor. Climbing up the steep stairs, you'll find a double bedroom on the upper floor. The top floor, accessible via another steep staircase, features an open alcove with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 20 to 180 cm, accommodating 2 sleeping facilities (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm).
