This area also provides access to the patio and swimming pool, as well as a shower and toilet.

On the upper floor, there is one large double bedroom with a panoramic window, dressing room, and a French bed (150 cm wide, 200 cm long), accompanied by a shower, bidet, toilet, electric heating, air conditioning, and forced-air heating.
