It is located 26 km from Palma (15 minutes), 20 km from Manacor, 22 km from sand beach, 24 km from Son Sant Joan Airport (Palma) airport. The house is situated in a Perfect location to know the island.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden furniture, fence parcel, terrace, barbecue, iron, air conditioning (heat / cold), private swimming pool, open-air car parking in the same building, tv with international channels.
This charming stone house is located in the peaceful and rural area of Montüiri, halfway between the cities of Palma de Mallorca and Manacor. Villa Valls is ideal for anyone who wants to escape the main tourist areas and enjoy the relaxed life of Mallorca.
This one story villa, perfect for handicapped people consists of a big lounge area nicely decorated with satellite TV, two ceiling fan comfortable sofas and dining set A large fitted kitchen fully equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher and gas stove with large fire, electric oven and microwave. There is also 2 double bedrooms, one with bathroom in suite. Also 1 more bedroom with 2 single beds in each bedroom sharing 2 bathrooms with hair dryer.
You can also have a sofa bed and a large sofa in the living room. All bedrooms have nice views towards garden and swimming pool.
The outside large covered terrace places the barbecue, it has a large wooden table. The swimming pool is surrounded by 500 sqma lawn area and it is ideal for families with small children, couples or group of friends looking for a unforgettable holidays.

An absolutely beautiful place in Montuïri to stay with friends or family. This place can comfortably host 6-8 people and is private. A quieter and calmer part of the island, although the villa is also within walking distance from a couple restaurants and bars/cafes (we highly recommend walking to Es Cantó de Ca’n Pieres at night for a casual late dinner). The villa is also located right next to bus stops. There is a private and locked driveway for 1-2 cars. The pool was lovely; you may need to skim it yourself in the mornings but if you do have any issues with it, the host is very responsive and will send over someone to maintain it. If you enjoy cooking, there is a full kitchen and an outdoor grill by the pool with a working sink and its own cooking area. There is also a small laundry room and half bathroom tucked away in the side of the house, and a clothes line. The villa had many amenities and we truly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend!

La ubicación de la casa es muy buena, cerca del supermercado, restaurantes y en el centro de la isla. La casa está ideal y fantástica para la temporada de verano. Nosotros hemos estado pasando fin de año y no hemos estado mal... En general la propiedad está muy bien, aunque no le vendría mal un poco de mantenimiento en algunas cosas interiores y en el jardín.

Perfekte Finca für einen ruhigen Familienurlaub

Wir haben zwei Wochen gemeinsam mit unseren Kindern und Freunden, insgesamt 8 Personen, in der Volla Valls verbracht. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und es fehlte an nicht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist innerhalb von 20-40 Minuten am Strand oder in Palma. Nicolas ist sehr zuvorkommend und reagiert sehr schnell auf jegliche Fragen. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Finca, wenn der Pool sauber ist

Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und an sich sehr schön. Leider gab es bei uns jedoch ein Problem mit der Pool Anlage, so dass der Pool als wir ankamen schon sehr dreckig war. Der Vermieter hat darauf zwar schnell reagiert und ihn reinigen gelassen, allerdings gab es das Selbe Problem nach ein Paar Tagen wieder, so dass wir den Pool an 3 von 7 Tagen nicht nutzen konnten (daher die 2 Sterne bei Sauberkeit, ansonsten war das Haus sauber). Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus, wenn die Pool Anlage richtig funktioniert.

Belle propriété bien situee

Belle maison situé dans un village typique et situé à moins d’une heure de route de plusieurs lieux touristiques. Piscine agréable et grande avec des sanitaires jouxtant celle-ci. Véranda pratique juste à côté de la cuisine. Nous ne sommes jamais embêtés par les guêpes grâce aux orangers, ce qui n’est souvent pas le cas ailleurs. Nous avons donc pu toujours manger en plein air et à l’abri du soleil.
