The Space:
The former commercial unit has direct street access and was converted and renovated into a 1 bedroom apartment. Located on the ground floor and on approx. 77 m² there is space for up to 5 people. The bright living room offers a large dining area, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The daylight bathroom offers a shower, WC and a washing machine and dryer. Explore Berlin like a local and benefit from the size of the apartment and good connections to the city center.

The Neighborhood:
Sonnenallee is full of restaurants, bars and cafés. "Let It Be - Vegane Crêperie + Burgerrestaurant" is my favourite around here :)
Getting Around:
S-Bahn Sonnenallee is just a few meters from the apartment. Bus station is also in front of the door!
Other Things to Note:
Please note that a check in is only possible online via our digital check in system. The link for this will be provided in the reservation confirmation. After successfully providing the required data (filling out and signing the registration form and uploading your ID or passport), you will receive access to your guest area with information about your stay with us. Our Support Team is available 24/7 via phone or chat. We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card at check-in.
