A perfect three-room apartment for up to 3 people. Just a 20 minute walk from the historic center along the seafront, 5 minutes from the property. Nearby supermarkets, bars and some restaurants. Parking is free along the street or in the large parking lot in front of the property.

Even though it was a bit tough at the beginning for my brother and I, customizing with a completely different way of life, we finally settled down and have now become part of the locals.

The building has a sentimental affection for us, as it was built by our father.

What makes this property unique

The great benefit is that we also live in the building, meaning we can be at your disposal at any time. Secondly the property lies at approximately 1km from the center of town (20 minutes walking distance) away from the hussle and bussle for a lovely relaxing holiday, but at the same time at walking distance.
