The house has undergone major renovation including new plumbing and boiler, electrics, plasterwork and decorating. In the process I discovered wonderful and original Victorian features and I am very proud to own this spacious and comfortable property. I have visited this lovely island for over 30 years and it feels like my second home! Whatever the season, it does not cease to surprise and charm me and I hope you experience it the same way. nr 63 is an amazing and spacious townhouse, with wonderfully big rooms, original floorboards and high ceilings. Although in the middle of town, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, yet close to all amenities and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The outside space and garden is perfect for a morning coffee or a enjoy a glass to finish off your day.
