In the heart of the Costa Brava, with excellent weather and full of contrasts, surrounded by exclusive beaches and coves, with great leisure activity. This apartment has a large terrace, 100m2, with artificial grass and two tents, with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs to enjoy meals outdoors.
Inside, 3 rooms, one of them suite with double bed, bathroom with bathtub, bidet and hairdryer. Another room with two single beds, with chest for storing or storing objects, suitcases, etc., so that your stay is better. And the third room a convertible pull-out bed, also in two single beds.
The kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, state-of-the-art capsule coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, kitchenware, cutlery.

Great stay

We enjoyed a lot the appartment, the garden and the pool. Great Appartment to travel to with little children. Even toys for our 1 year old daughter we're available (in General, well equipped appartment). No noise at all from the sourounding. Big thanks to Marta for her hospitality!

Die Ferienwohnung ist für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ausgezeichnet. Es gibt viel Platz und in dieser Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Angefangen von Wc Papier für 2 Wochen,Waschmittel für Waschmaschine,Spühlmaschinen Tabs usw.Es fehlte an nichts. Diverse Spielsachen für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und wunderbar. Auch mit der Vermieterin hat alles Problemlos geklappt.Sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Zum Strand brauch man ein Auto. Aber das ist alles kein Problem. Man kann auch schöne Ausflüge machen. Lidl ist gleich um die Ecke und auch verschiedene Restaurants. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns gut erholt.Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Bij aankomst was de vloer niet echt schoon. Ook de douchecabine is niet echt schoon. Wat we misten in het appartement was een lijst met belangrijke telefoonnummers zoals dokter, ziekenhuis etc. Ook waren er geen gebruiksaanwijzingen aanwezig van de apparatuur. Wij hadden veel last van beestjes in de tuin, die jeuk veroorzaakten. De host was goed bereikbaar voor vragen en zo nodig schakelde zij hulp in. Het appartement was op zich prima, met een fijne airco. Er waren erg veel spullen aanwezig, zoals parasol en naaigerei. Ook fijn dat de auto binnen in de garage kan staan. Al met al een goede vakantie, al liet het weer ons soms een beetje in de steek

Entspannter Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne ruhige und großzügige Wohnung mit zwei Bädern, drei Schlafzimmern und einer supergroßen Terrasse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt - Küche und Bäder waren voll ausgestattet. Besonders hat uns der vorhandene Stauraum begeistert. Selbst die Koffer konnten wir in den Schränken unterbringen. Zum Baden sind wir mit dem Auto an den Platja de Sa Conca im Nachbarort gefahren. Vielen Dank an Marta für den herzlichen Empfang und das problemlose Auschecken.

Très confortable

C’est simple, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison : l’appartement est très bien équipé, confortable avec la Clim, un must pour cet été. La piscine permet aussi de se refraichir … le coin est aussi très sympa avec la plage, de belles randonnées au bord de l’eau, la via ferrata spectaculaire pour les plus sportifs. La communication avec l’hôte est aussi très facile et conviviale … Bravo !!

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war toll. Die Austtattung der Wohnung bis hin zu Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ist super. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls gut gepflegt und wurde von uns gern genutzt. Die großzügige Rasefläche lädt zum chillen am Pool ein. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Strandnähe: 2,0 km bis zum Strand ist zu Fuß, aufgrund der Steigung aufn Rückweg, dann doch etwas weit weg. Mit Auto sind es nur wenige minuten, jedoch muss man früh da sein, um einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Danke Marta, dass wir bei Euch wohnen durften. Du warst stets guter Laune und hast die wenigen Fragen, welche wir hatten schnell beantwortet.

Fantastisch appartement op een prachtige locatie !

Wij, mijn man en ik, hebben 4 weken genoten van alles! Het appartement ligt op 2 km van de zee ( wij hadden onze fietsjes meegenomen), het gezellige centrum en binnen 2 km van de bergen, waar je prachtige wandelingen kan maken. Het appartement was schoon, groot, en een ruime tuin, rustig gelegen met een zwembad en garage voor de auto en de fietsen. Marta is een lieve, energieke jonge vrouw die ons allerlei dingen over het appartement heeft uitgelegd. Het ligt ook vlakbij de Mercadona en een grote nieuwe Lidl. Je kan er in de buurt super lekker eten! Het ligt in de buurt van Gerona( mooie stad) en nog veel meer echte Spaanse dorpjes, waar wij gefietst hebben. Wij komen zeer zeker terug het volgende jaar!! Una estancia muy agradable

La casa tiene todas las comodidades para hacerte sentir como en casa. La dueña Marta muy amable en todo momento. No está en el centro pero nosotros lo preferimos para estar más tranquilos. El aire acondicionado un plus con el calor que ha hecho estos días. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento para visitar la Costa Brava que es una zona Preciosa. Y volveríamos a quedarnos en este piso sin dudarlo si volvemos por la zona.

Wunderschönen Urlaub

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Alles war sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in eine ruhige Gegend. Zum Ortskern sind 20 min Fussweg. Es gibt 3 naheliegenden Supermärkten. Die Abstimmung mit der Vermieterin lief problemlos. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung und perfekt ausgestattet, feiner Garten und gute Lage. Es hat an nichts gefehlt (z.B. Waschpulver, Handtücher, Spiele für draußen) Der eigene Parkplatz in der Garage war sehr praktisch. Supermärkte sind dicht bei (5 Minuten laufen). Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und reagierte immer sehr schnell. Half bei Fragen und hat Tipps. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Marta, vielen Dank für das Vertrauen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Heel mooie en grote woning en perfect uitgerust, fijne tuin en goede locatie. Het ontbrak ons aan niets, (bijv. waspoeder, handdoeken, spelletjes voor buiten) De eigen parkeerplek in de garage was heel praktisch. Supermarkten waren dichtbij op 5 minuten lopen. De verhuurder was heel erg vriendelijk en reageerde altijd snel. Hielp bij vragen en had tips. Ongecompliceerde overdraag van sleutels. Marta, hartstikke bedankt voor het vertrouwen. Wij komen graag terug. Piso muy bonito y grande y perfectamente equipado, buen jardín y buena ubicación. No faltaba nada (por ejemplo, detergente, toallas, juegos de exterior). El propia plaza de aparcamiento en el garaje es muy práctico. Los supermercados están cerca (5 minutos a pie). La casera fue muy amable y siempre respondió muy rápidamente. Nos ayudó con preguntas y nos dio consejos. Entrega de llaves sin complicaciones. Marta, muchas gracias por tu confianza. Nos gusta volver.

Semana Santa 2023

El apartamento está perfectamente equipado para verano e invierno. Tiene una gran terraza en la que los niños pueden pasárselo genial, además tiene una gran variedad de juegos (voleibol, petanca, pelotas, ...) que la pròpia dueña te deja utilizar. Quizás la distancia de la playa sería la única pega, pero con la piscina seguro que tendríamos más que suficiente.

Apartamento espacioso y tranquila

He estado con mi familia de maravilla en esta casa. Es muy grande, la terraza enorme y todo está genial. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Para mi la ubicación era perfecta porque está en un sitio tranquilo, cerca de supermercados y la salida a otros sitios es rápida y fácil. Quizás esta un poco lejos del centro pero para mí perfecta. Volvería sin dudarlo

Agréable séjour sur la costa brava

Merci Marta de nous avoir fait confiance. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le logement est identique aux photos et à la description. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Il est bien équipé pour les enfants et bébé afin de voyager plus léger. La situation du logement nous permet de voyager facilement dans les différentes villes de la costa brava. Sant Feliu est une ville vivante même en septembre. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs

Limpio y cómodo apartamento

Amplio y tranquilo apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones en familia con peques (2 y 3 años) Tiene una amplia terraza que los peques han disfrutado mucho. Bien ubicada cerca de supermercados, aunque más retirada del centro para ir caminando con niños pequeños, y cerca de la via verde del carrilet. Lo recomiendo 100% si buscas descanso, comodidad y relax.
