The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining seating for six, a lower-ground-floor living/dining room with electric fire, TV and dining area for six and a shared utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated, pound coins required). The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super king, 2 x ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a private patio with furniture. Please be aware that this is a pet-free and non smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Treat your loved ones to the delights of The Linney. Note: Beyond the walled patios at West Dry, Carbis Wharf there is a stream running next to the properties, so please take care.
