Indeed, in both directions this stretch of coastline takes in several protected areas where the endangered loggerhead turtles come to nest.Just a short drive away, the village of Skala offers a number of good tavernas & cafes, shops, quiet nightlife, and even watersports from the fabulous beach for the more adventurous. The added convenience of several supermarkets means you are never far from everything you might need for a relaxed holiday. From the villa, a short walk brings you to the small village of Ratzikli with a cafe and plenty of traditional character.
