Villa de 4 dormitorios - para 10 personas. Ubicado en una pequeña cala, a solo 30 metros del mar, con vistas a aguas cristalinas y playas de arena, esta nueva y espaciosa villa ofrece 240 metros cuadrados. de espacio habitable, un balcón techado, una gran veranda y jardines con terrazas escénicas, que conducen directamente a la orilla del agua, donde una puerta divide la propiedad del mar y las rocas planas de abajo, adecuadas para tomar el sol y nadar. También se puede continuar hasta la hermosa playa de arena de St. Thomas, que se encuentra a solo 3 minutos a pie desde la propiedad.
El arreglo interior de la villa está al revés! La espaciosa sala de estar, la cocina y una de las habitaciones dobles con baño en suite están en el nivel superior, mientras que el resto de los dormitorios (una habitación doble con baño y 2 habitaciones con dos camas individuales más un baño separado) están en la Nivel inferior - un arreglo griego tradicional. También hay una sala de juegos, equipada con una mesa de ping-pong.

This was the perfect place for our group. 7 adults for 7 days was pure relaxation. It is a short drive from the airport. There are 2 supermarkets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes driving. Spyros, the host was very nice and was around if we needed anything.Every bedroom has a spectacular view and own bathroom. The property is quiet, well maintained and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool is stunning and gets great sun all day. There are lots of shady areas for those who don’t like the sun as well. Access to the beach (rocky not sandy) is a 1 minute walk. There is a ladder to water. It is a very calm swimming area and you can just float there all day. You have access to floaties and paddle boards. We all felt very safe swimming there. The sun rises are so stunning and you can sit on any deck or your bedroom and watch it come up.We would recommend this Villa and would definitely come back!

Incredible villa!

This place has it all. Amazing views, pool and sea entry! The beds were comfy, plenty of seating inside and out. A taverna is a 2 minute walk away Never really need to leave the villa!

Summer Grand Final

We booked the Villa as a party of 7 friends, 3 couples and 1 single. The resort was everything what we were hoping for and more. This is really something special and offers great activities for everyone with an outstanding view, garden with pool and sea access for swimming. The host was great and always available for questions and tipps around the villa and on Kefalonia trips. We are very glad we spent our summer closing there and would do it again without thinking twice.

Brilliant stay

We had the most amazing week (6 adults and 4 kids). House is as advertised. Unbelievable location - right on the sea with a small sandy beach, great swimming / snorkelling, super beach bar and taverna. Plus an awesome pool. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend.

Excellent. Can’t fault this villa.

Amazing pool Good use of kayak and paddle boards in the bay that is very sheltered St Thomas beach was however very crowded and this spilled over to the rocks by the villa. The 20 somethings loved the beach bar/taverna within walking distance. Food good. Vibe good and only a very short walk away.

Wonderful villa in amazing location with friendly and helpful owner.

We were a family group of 10 ranging from 6 years old to 74 years old. We had a truly amazing week here. The villa is beautiful and the location is breathtaking. Thank you Spyros for being such a great host. All the rooms have stunning views. The new pool that was finished just a few weeks before we arrived was fantastic. Having a salt water chlorinated pool is so much nicer than chlorine. The villas garden leads straight out onto the rocks where you can jump into the crystal clear sea which is just stunning. It’s just like in the movie Mama Mia!! We swam in the sea lots! We also used the Kayaks and Paddle Boards that came with the villa. There were double kayaks, single kayaks and paddle boards enough for all of us to go out together. Spyros provided us all with life jackets which was great. A short stroll along the rocks takes you to a lovely taverna which had great food and drinks. This is located by a small very pretty beach. We hired a car so that we could get supplies from the nearest mini market which was only 5 minutes away. We had such an amazing holiday and we would definitely love to stay here again. A truly magical holiday!! THANK YOU

A wonderful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at Avali Villa. The property was clean and well maintained, with very easy access for swimming or kayaking. Very private and peaceful. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating, and responded quickly to requests. Really everything we could ask for during our holiday in Kefalonia.

Waterfront Beauty!

We feel like we won the lottery staying at the Grand Villa for our first visit to Greece. The house is beautiful in itself, with all the features you would like. However, the property really shines with its wonderful view of the sea and its beach access. We spent so much time enjoying the water. Only advice - bring or buy water shoes to best enjoy the rocky beaches. Kitchen is well-equipped and beds comfortable. There’s even a housekeeping visit mid-week which gave us an excuse to leave the house and explore the capital. Thanks for creating a great vacation home. If we return to the island, we will be staying here again!

Wonderful villa with stunning views

Fabulous week enjoyed by friend/family group of 8 adults. Masses of space, comfy beds, good air con. Hop and a skip to the waters edge compensated for lack of pool. Great outside terraces and built in BBQ. lawns for football and frisbee a bonus. Well equipped and kitted out inside and canoes and paddle boards a welcome extra. The only downsides were the dishwasher was a bit small given the numbers who stay. A second fridge for drinks would have been a plus too. All in all a wonderful week in a stunning location with cooling breeze and great sunsets and moon rises. Spyros is Very helpful, accommodating and communicative too.

A superb villa on an excellent location.

The villa is situated very close to the sea, and from the garden there is a direct access to a truly marvalous bay with cristal clear water. You can dive from the flat rocks near the stairs right in to the sea for a refreshing swim. The villa is very well equipped and has everthing you need. There was a warm welcome when we arrived and Spyros and his family made sure we had every thing we needed. We had such a great time. Although you might not even want to leave the villa, the villa is a good starting point to visit Kefalonia’s other stunning beaches, its beautiful villages and great places to visit such as Mount Ainos and Melissani cave. Nevertheless we were always happy to return to our villa with its stunning view. Spyros, thanks again!

Gorgeous property and location

This place couldn't be better. It's right on the ocean with a stunning view. I went for a swim every morning and then enjoyed relaxing on the lawn. You are just steps from a beachfront restaurant as well. I highly recommend it!

This place is amazing with so much privacy, hospitality and charme starting with the welcoming and the Bulgarian flag on the terrace. Magical view, just on the beach, perfect location. There wasn't one thing we needed that wasn't provided - even lounge chairs for the garden and the beach, canoes, games, etc... The owner was extremely hospitable, helpful and accessible.

Fantastic !

We have just spent one week in this fantastic villa, alongside the sea. It is well equiped (even a PS4 for the kids...), with an astonishing view. The owner is very friendly. We highly recommend this house to sit back relax and spend fantastic holidays with friends. Totally 10 personns can sleep there. What is more, a good taverna is only 3 minutes by walk through the beach.

Superb villa right on the coast

All the good things that have been said in earlier reviews about this special place are true. It truly did exceed our expectations which were already high having read the reviews. We were a large family group ranging in age from six to sixty plus and everybody thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Upstairs is the spacious terrace with spectacular views over the sea towards Zante and inland towards Mount Ainos. The terrace gets sun just about all day and is equipped with recliners, table and chairs and a large umbrella to provide some shade. Spyros had raised the Union Jack alongside the Greek flag for us British guests which was a nice touch. There is a large barbecue with ample grill space for food for everyone. Barbecuing fresh fish from the market was a real highlight for us. Inside is a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area with TV, music equipment and a Play Station with assorted games that went down very well with the nine-year-old in our group. All windows and just about all doors have insect screens. Along a corridor is a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Further along is a bedroom with its own terrace, again with insect screens on the sliding door. Downstairs is a utility room, a bathroom (with bath with shower over), basin and toilet together with three bedrooms one of which has its own en-suite shower room and toilet. There is a games room with its own small fridge for keeping drinks cool. Outside are extensive terraced gardens with lots of grass areas to relax on the recliners and plentiful garden furniture both in sun and shade. There is an outside shower near the house and a further one at the bottom of the path that leads to the sea. Lots of rosemary hedging to provide herbs for the barbecue and, when we were there, fruit trees with cherries, plums and lemons. A real highlight was the football goal, badminton/volley ball net and table tennis table and associated equipment all of which got lots of use from our party. The path to the sea leads to flat rocks for sunbathing with deep water swimming either using steps provided or just diving in. A couple of minutes walk along the rocks leads to the charming St Thomas beach with two tavernas. Bliss. Kayaks and life jackets are provided for use in the sea and were very useful for paddling around to both St Thomas beach as well as a quieter beach further round the coast that we had to ourselves on every visit. Highly recommended.

You Will Not Want to Leave!!

I would unreservedly recommend you book this villa. We stayed here as a group of 8 ( 6 adults and two teens) for a two week period and are already thinking about a return visit. Spyros the owner is a super guy and was there to greet us, get us settled in and help us out as and when needed. He can e very proud of his property as it is really one of a kind being a lovely property in an amazing location. The property is very well equipped and includes four bedrooms ( 2 had a large double bed and 2 rooms each with two twins) with an additional room with a sofa bed and three bathrooms. It comfortably accommodated our 8 people. the house is really well equipped with the kitchen having all mod cons, all bedrooms having (much needed) AC, excellent laundry facilities etc etc. everything was excellent quality and we felt we were at a hotel While the interior is great with ample room and excellent facilities the exterior is truly the star of the show. We loved the huge deck space for lounging, dining and BBQ's , the lovely grounds, play areas including volleyball, table tennis and then the direct access to crystal clear waters, the most beautiful natural pools and St Thomas beach. It is all breathtaking. The place is so nice you won't want to leave and explore the rest of Kefalonia! We went around the island for a few days but were always looking forward to coming back to this gem of a property - a little piece of paradise My advice: Book up and you will not regret it.

Amazing - breathe taking views - Beautiful amazing villa - loved every minute My Family spent 2 amazing weeks at Villa Grand Avali was blown away the minute we walk through the door ! Spyros was waiting for our arrival - friendly lovely man , beautiful hamper he left us essential coffee homemade jam etc Yummy. We had a great stay my son & family member's Kayaked most day's heaven in a nut shell. The weather was fantastic - air con in all rooms which helped out every evening !! Must have car to go exploring !! So many little coves all over great to get out & explore. My wedding was super fantastic by sun sea weddings Kefalonia couldn't fault anything Kiros & Anne were great !!! made our day amazing !! Stunning Location. Immaculate Property

My husband and I stayed here with friends for a week from 6th September this year. The location is absolutely stunning and the villas position certainly makes the best use of this!! The view from the balcony is incredible. The villa itself is immaculate and so well equipped. Even the bedsheets and beach towels were excellent quality. We literally had everything we needed to hand and the owner, Spyros, allowed us to use the kayaks and canoes from the villa to paddle round the bay. He even equipped us with life jackets. There are 3 tavernas within 3 minutes walk of the villa which we walked to and one morning floated round to on the rubber rings we acquired from a shop in Argostoli. Admittedly we may have still been a tad on the inebriated side from the previous night spent in Lassi. A taxi will get you there for 30 euros per journey and Spyros will give you the number of the taxi guy. Again absolutely excellent service. The location, quality and customer service from the owner were so superb we have tried to re-book for next year but someone has already booked the dates we need. If this wasn't the case, we would certainly not hesitate. It is quite honestly worth every penny!!

Beautiful villa by the sea

Just returned from a wonderful stay at the Villa Grand Avali. The villa was extremely spacious and well equipped with beautiful views. The location was perfect being right by the sea with a quiet area available to place sun beds. The surrounding area is generally quiet as well, but only a twenty minute drive away from the capital city of Argostoli. Would definitely stay again!

The villa was originally built with the purpose of serving as our private holiday home and as such was lavishly equipped. Economic recession in Greece and the overwhelming increase of property taxes drove us to the decision of sharing the villa . Luckily, Kefalonia is one of the world’s most stunning holiday destinations and a lot of people, mainly families from Northern Europe, visit here every summer, in order to enjoy the charming beaches and the high quality resorts.

The property is just 30 meters from the coast and two minutes’ walk from the lovely sandy beach of St Thomas, in a unique location, overlooking the turquoise water of the peaceful cove below, as well as the majestic slopes of mount Ainos. The villa was originally built in 2006 and renovated in 2013, with modern needs and comforts in mind. It offers luxury in exquisite surroundings and boast fantastic sea views. Enjoy the sun and the sea with privacy avoiding the stressful commute to the crowded beaches.
