Smeaton Court is a modern apartment in the popular College Mews development, ideally located in Newbury town centre; only 2 minutes walk to Waitrose and 5 minutes to all the amenities of the town.

This spacious ground floor apartment has it's own patio and garden area and is appointed with an open plan living / dining and kitchen space, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, second bedroom, family bathroom with shower and allocated parking. Ideal for business or leisure for 90+ night stays.

This light and airy apartment also benefits from central heating, high speed wi-fi, Smart TVs to living room and both bedrooms and a sofa-bed (which can occasionally accommodate a further 2 guests).

The living room has a dining area with space to seat 4 guests. From the living room, there are double doors that open up onto a patio and the apartment benefits from a small south facing garden area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washer / dryer, dish washer, full size fridge / freezer, electric oven and hobs, microwave and a full range of cooking utensils.
