Apartment in Manerba del Garda, inside the "San Sivino" Residence with swimming pool and direct access to the beach and the lake.



The apartment welcomes guests with the living room equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV and kitchen fully equipped with microwave, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster.

The living room overlooks the beautiful terrace equipped with a dining table with chairs from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the park.

The apartment continues with the bedroom furnished with a comfortable queen size bed, wardrobe, and the bathroom with shower and toilet.



Guests have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and residence services such as private parking and swimming pool.



* Guests can easily park 1 car in the private parking space inside the San Sivino Residence.

The swimming pool can be used from 01 May to 30 September. The use of the headset is required.

Small pets are allowed upon request.



*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.



Verona airport is only 45 minutes by car from the Residence.
