It is a 15-20 minute walk to town and is not in the main shopping centre. This means you avoid central town parking charges and late night noise. PLEASE BE HAPPY WITH THE LOCATION BEFORE YOU BOOK. This is a Large house with two bedrooms locked up for us when we come in the winter. This is our winter home ! We are thus offering just one en-suite bedroom to discerning couples/singles. A Sofa bed is available if two people want to sleep separately but £10 charge for linen.

There is an ensuite shower room and another full bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. We also offer Dining, Living, Kitchen, innovative cooking area, free wifi and free parking on site. Vintage/industrial theme throughout & including a faux beer garden. This is not your average holiday let!!

Newark is a beautiful Georgian town on the River Trent hosting cinema, theatre, museums, daily markets and river trips . Leisure centre 10 minutes walk. Close to many historical places of beauty plus local lakes and parks. Very central for the A1 and M1. Ten minutes drive to the Newark showground. An added bonus is the Hospital emergency care centre 3 minutes walk if anything should befall you.
