Villa Plaza is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located on a large beautifully landscaped plot, located near the 6th roundabout of the resort of Quinta do Lago and walking distance to the lake and to the beach.



As you drive up to Villa Plaza, you enter into a large and rustic courtyard. Enter into the front door and you find yourself in the heart of the villa. The spacious entrance hall gives access to the living room.



The living room is a large and bright room that opens up to the pool area through large patio doors. You have two 2-seater sofas, two pouffes and free-standing chairs. The living area has a flat screen TV with Lazer TV and DVD player. In the living room you have a door that takes you to the shared dining and kitchen.



There is also a small TV sitting area on the first floor.



The kitchen is accessible from the living room and/or the entrance hall. It is very well equipped including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler dryer, as well as iron and iron board. In the same area of the kitchen there is a dining area with table for 6, opening as well to the covered terrace.



The villa has 4 bedrooms in total. Two of which are on the ground floor and the remaining two are on the first floor. One bedroom is accessible down 2 steps. This room is a double bedroom with a lovely dressing area and doors which open up to the garden. The second bedroom is another double room. Up on the first floor you have the third double bedroom, and the master bedroom, with a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs.



Three of the bedrooms have en-suites and the final has a bathroom next door to it. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with a bath tub. Bedroom 2 has the bathroom with a shower next door (not en-suite). Bedroom 3 has an en-suite with shower and bath and the master has a spacious en-suite with shower and bath.



There is a covered terrace with sofa seating in front of the living room and a dining table for 8 people. Two steps take us to the rectangular shaped pool with approximately 5x9 metres. The shallowest area has 1.6m and the deepest area has 2m depth. The pool can be heated by a supplement. There are sun loungers near the pool. On the left-hand side there is a gas BBQ area with a pergola.



All bedrooms and the kitchen/diner has air con. The price includes free usage of the Wi Fi, the Air Conditioning and pool towels. At the entrance of the property, there is an electric gate that opens to the driveway with plenty of parking.



Maid service is also included 1 day per week, on a weekday, except bank holidays. Bed linen is changed every 7 days towels changed one time per week.



Located off the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago and walking distance to the lake and beach.

Please note, tourist tax is not included in the price. It is €1 per person per night between 1st November and the end of March. Between April and the end of October it is €2 per person per night for guests who are 16 and over (Max 5 nights).
