Villa with Private Pool, 4 Bedrooms, Family Friendly, Shaded Pavillion.

Casa George is a large 4 bedroom family villa with a private secluded pool area and outdoor space. The pool area has recently been refurbished.

There are dining areas both indoors and outside including a breakfast terrace which is always shaded.

It is surrounded by mature gardens with orange, lemon, almond and fig trees. The house benefits from sea views across open countryside towards Albufeira, Pine Cliffs particularly from the panoramic first floor terrace.

Family friendly with 2 cots, 2 high chairs and safety gates.

The pool terrace is perfect for relaxing days soaking up the Portuguese sunshine and the built in barbeque area provides a great opportunity for relaxed alfresco dining. The villa offers plenty of space for a family.

The rear garden and pavilion area provides a relaxing shaded area with furniture and great views down the valley towards the sea.

The villa has excellent direct access from a country road (no rocky dirt tracks).

There are local supermarkets at Boliquieme, Quartiera, Vilamoura and Albufeira. Loule which is a traditional Portuguese town with a daily market is a 15 minute drive away.

There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute drive in Vilamoura, Albufeira or the quieter village of Boliquieme. Other attractions include water parks, golf (15+ courses), tennis, water sports, karting, theme parks (Zoomarine) and cinemas.

Staying out of season - There is a log burning fire in the lounge. The air conditioning in the bedrooms provide heating in winter. Please ask if you have further questions about staying over the winter.

This is not a multi occupancy property. Any reservation is for the exclusive use of the house, grounds and the pool area.

We will always come back to you if you have any questions after your reservation has been made.
About 6 weeks before your stay we will email you further information about Casa George including direction.

The property was clean and well stocked in the kitchen as far as equipment. The property itself was a little dated and showed signs of that. The beds were not comfortable. They could do with upgrading maybe. Each room had a/c which worked great. The amount of dogs barking at the early morning hours was annoying but we got used to it after a few days. The outside area was great, plenty of room and lots of sun/shade options.

Excellent communication from beginning to end. Off street parking, beautiful villa and pool.The villa was very clean and had everything you could need.Plenty of room to relax with many sun beds, chairs, tables and bbq.We loved our stay!

I stayed at Casa George for 2 weeks in August and what can I say but wow the villa is beautiful,big pool and garden for kids to run around and a lovely seating area at the bottom of the garden. The hosts were fantastic to deal with and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks staying at Casa George. Stephen and Amanda were so helpful before and during our stay - nothing was too much trouble.The villa has a lovely pool area with BBQ and seating nearby. The pavilion at the end of the garden was a great place to sit in the evening with a drink.The location itself was so easy to get to lots of places but would recommend a car. It's in a quiet area so great if you want to relax.We would really recommend staying here.

Ideally situated

Just had a brilliant week at Casa George ! It was easy to get there from the airport. Very peaceful and quiet in a lovely rural setting and less than 10 mins to two major supermarkets. The villa had everything you need. V good kitchen, large lounge, huge sunbathing area and excellent gardens. First class pool too. It’s a 10 from me !

A home away from home suited to large families or groups

If you want a modern rectangular box with glass walls, Casa George isn’t for you. It is a large family home that feels just like that, a home.There’s lots of room, with 4 large bedrooms and large lounge/diner and has books, games and DVD to keep all amused indoors.Whilst the weather wasn’t brilliant when we stayed, the outside areas are extensive and well appointed. Watching the sun go down from the 1st floor terrace is a lovely wind down. The pool and barbecue area are suntraps and the new pagoda and furniture at the far end of the garden offer a quieter comfortable sitting area.We were very lucky in timing to be able to put lemons from the tree in our “occasional” drinks and also have freshly squeezed orange juice, from the trees in the garden, with breakfast.Casa George will make for an excellent base, away from the crowds for large groups and families, although I would recommend a car if you want explore or go the numerous beaches etc. in the area.

The villa is very well laid out with large rooms. We enjoyed having our own pool and used it every day. The location was good because we didn't want to be in a resort and having a car made it handy to visit the attractive and less crowded parts of the Algarve.

Birthday celebration

7 of us stayed at the villa, there was plenty of space for everyone. The poolside area is large with sun loungers, a place to eat and various places to sit and relax. The air conditioning made sleeping comfortable.

A relaxing week

We have just returned from Casa George where we had a very relaxing week. It is only 25 minutes from the airport in a nice quiet area, not off the beaten track but not a main road either. The rear of the property is not overlooked and is very spacious with plenty of seating etc for a large group. There is a local Aldi and Lidl which are next door to each other only a 5 minute Uber drive away. The average cost for the Uber to these locations was about 4 euros.(takesome shopping bags). The recent addition of the air conditioning is very much welcomed. The kitchen is well appointed qith plenty of utensils and crockery. The communication with Stephen and Amanda was easy and straight forward with clear instructions on how to navigate thee property. If you are a family looking for a relaxing week we would highly recommend Casa George

Excellent and welcoming stay.

Myself and partner, along side another two couples had a 5 night stay in this villa. From the minute we booked the villa we received excellent communication from the hosts regarding our stay. We were provided with contact details for the hosts should we require these and were also provided with a large document containing all the information we needed. The villa is situated a 10 minute taxi drive from Vilamoura Marina. We used Uber when staying and these were very cheap. It is also a short drive from Pingo Doce where we got all our food etc, also not expensive. The villa is very well equipped with everything you should require. The pool area is lovely, calm and peaceful. The BBQ area is great. The villa is very spacious. We never felt like we didn’t have our own space. We would recommend this to family and friends, and would not hesitate to return.

Our party of eight family had a very enjoyable stay at Casa George for 12 days. The property is situated in a very good location, convenient to coastal area and very private grounds. The house is well equipped and comfortable and the new air conditioning is a good addition. We made good use of the nice swimming pool and the BBQ. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us good information and directions. We would like to stay again sometime.

Lovely spot and fantastic hosts

There is nothing negative to say about this villa, clean and plently of bedding and towells. Our first few nights were colder than we expected and the spare blankets came in very handy! Well equiped kitchen, pool cleaned regularly and the villa just has a nice homely feel to it. We managed to use uber to visit nearby towns, and supermarkets are around a 5 minute drive away. This is a lovely quiet spot that provides a relaxing holiday. Amanda was responsive to any queries both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Lovely time

We had a great time at this property for 2 weeks. When we arrived we had a lovely surprise 2 bottles of wine and some beer which was much appreciated because of our difficult journey. We really enjoyed the villa plenty of room for our party of 10.

Magnifique maison, tres spacieuse et bien équipée! Le jardin et la piscine sont tres agreables, de l'espace, de nombreux jeux sur place, le tout dans un environnement calme et tres bien situé pour rayonner et decouvrir l'Algarve!

Great for a family

We enjoyed everything, Amanda and Stephen was helpful and answered promptly. It is a well equipped property with everything you needed for friends or family. The dogs around the place, on some nights were noisy, but otherwise no problems. Thank you it was very enjoyable.

Everything and more

It is exactly as the pictures show! A beautiful villa with a stunning pool and outside space. There is enough of everything inside and out! Its like a home from home. The games, pool table and tv with english/ netflix was perfect at keeping everyone entertained. The sun os always in the garden but the positioning of a veranda is perfect to get some shade or eat under. The local supermarket is only a few minutes away by car or uber. Vilamoura is also only 10 minutes away and is stunning with the marina for the rich (cars and yachts) restaurants, bars and beach. The only very small downside is that there is no air conditioning. They have given plenty of fans but at night when its 30+ degrees it can be uncomfortable. Communication was fantastic and we had an amazing stay! Memories made.

The property offers a peaceful location in the hills above Vilamoura with plenty of space for family and friends, the private pool and grounds are not overlooked and allow various areas for outdoor dining and sunbathing. The beauty of its location allows you to jump in the car or call a taxi and be in Vilamoura in 5/10 mins, or Albufeira in 10/15 mins. There are 2 supermarkets that are a 5 minute drive from the house.
Loule a traditional Portuguese town has museums and daily market are worth a visit. For all keen golfers there are plenty of splendid first class courses in the area. The beaches in the Algarve are vast and are undoubtedly the most beautiful in Europe.
